- In this week we had this Seat Ibiza cupra 1.8T for tuning and fault finding
The car had been converted to a wideband ME7.5 Ecu but had a few issues which were found and fixed
Next up was was fitting the boost controller so we could have switchable boost levels on the go ( no turning off to switch maps etc ) this allows for 6 different boost presets with the GFB G Force 3 controller, here a link for the controller

We added in some absolutely crazy flat shift ( allows for full throttle gear changes ) and launch control
The car made great power and is an animal out on the road

Are you happy with 25-550? Im thinking to buy the same but some say go for 660. Im building my S3 8L 4x4 for 450-500hp max and hillclimb use. I need early spool and i will have 1984ccm stroker. Can you suggest please🙏

Hello! Thanks for the Video! Great build and what killer performance! I own a VERY similar car to this, a Seat Cordoba Cupra -2000 which is kind of the same car as this. Also using mapped std. ME 7.5 but with RS2 Turbo+custom manifold, fully forged and stroked engine, BIG FMIC, Quaife LSD, Diesel 6-speed box, race clutch. Do you have any good solution for the Engine Mounts? My engine is pulling all over the place. On engine break it really moves under the hood. There are some custom mount low down in the back of the engine but nothing on the top of the engine. Just to keep the Intercooler pipes on I made it 7cm longer. How does that swichable boost work? Is the duty cycle for the fueling scaled linearly or what?

For some reason no one mentions the AR for these 550's or responds to comments when requesting the AR size. Strange.
I am wondering the same..what AR I am looking to have a happy medium boost in the midrange 3k or less..I've recently driven 2 gt3071 Garrett's (not sure AR) but both terrible lag..no gd for off corner
