This movie and event is so FREAKING REAL. They don’t make movies like these anymore…once homies from the same block going thru similar struggles. Then one becomes a cop and the other continues down the criminal path. This happens and you’re like F*CK what am I supposed to do??? Those flashbacks Paco had as he shoots hit heavy…there’s just no way a cop could let miklo get away even if they are family. Both had to play their parts and stay true to what they became. Paco a cop and miklo a lowlife…in the end it was sad but not everything has a happy ending.
If I were in Paco's position.. Shooting Miklo... I would broke down. He should've thought what it'd be like if the roles were reversed, if Miklo was the cop and Paco was in Miklo's position. He wouldn't appreciate Miklo running around like a cop either.
