@@93paxon lol work in oil gas mining and power station industry, and those are the basic rules we all have to abide by when using a grinder. can't even take off the handle without writing up a JSA for it haha rules are rules (at work)
We get it you don’t live in California where they require you to pass smog and CARB so you are free to do cool stuff like this. This is hard core sarcasm but im still jealous.
Im going to be doing a 5.3 swap on my 1995 Montero in the coming weeks. I will post up on my youtube! I live in Washingon, just moved from San Diego a year ago. I am free to do cool stuff now haha.
4skinner This is perfectly legal in CA. You just need to have all the smog equipment that the donor vehicle had, then take it to a referee. Not that hard.
Thanks for bringing us along. Wish the video was twice as long... keep it up. 👍

@@JohnPedder I dont ever use gloves with tools that spin, especially baggy gloves. Too high of a chance you'll get pulled in.
Evans Automotive A ratchet spanner isn’t going to pull you in if you’re wearing fitter’s gloves lol
@@JohnPedder Fair enough! You know what I mean haha. Band saws, angle grinders, bench grinders, belt grinders, table saws.
