When my punch bag was ruined I had nothing left other than my double end bag. I thought it was too wobbly, so I jacked up the tension on the cords. That thing bounced back like a viper! Well, long story short, having only that to work with, I used it day and night for months. Ended up getting into an unavoidable fight as the guy would just not let me walk away. I whopped that fools AZ$S. The guy couldn't move or block fast enough. The double end bag created some wicked fast second nature muscle memory on me. I hardly ever ever use a punching bag now.

Fuck around and find out lol I have a double end bag as well and a heavy bag that I use 4 days a week. I don’t condone violence but I’m ready 😊
