Today's video goes over how powerful Cerritos and Titan boosting can make your ship in Q Trials in the 30s, 40s, & 50s and why everyone in Star Trek Fleet Command should be taking advantage. I am Ops 46 and I actually use the Titan when I go for a Silent hostile run so I can hit multiple 49s and not have to wait for 46s to spawn.
I’m same ops level as you and I do exactly the same thing for silents.
Idea for the next ship: A ship meant totally for support that can repair the hull of your ships without needing to recall them to your station. Example: You're in deep space, you and your buddies just crushed a lv 50 rare armada and you're left with 60% hull. You want to try a 51 epic, but because you have this new ship, you can repair your hull without needing to recall your ship.
- Ship ability to repair other ships in space (ability "fuel" needed)
- High warp range and speed
- Low power, a la Discovery. Not meant for combat.
- As you tier it up, you can repair more hull %, warp range/speed increase, etc.
- NO NEW LOOP REQUIRED!!!!
I don't know what ship from lore this would be, or if they would come up with one. Maybe Crusher's USS Pasteur from "All Good Things..." and they can introduce Ent-E Crusher, Geordi, Worf as the officers?
My 200K Northcutt plows thur 1.4 Billion Q hostiles when buffed by Titan and Cerritos. I'm Maxed out temp at 250,000,000 and have all the 3* trials completed and have tier 3 of all 4* done....def gotta use the buff ships.
prayers for wife. This helps a lot because i was stuck, it moved things along.
I only just built my titan and im now ope 51 but using your technique my 78m pilum took out a 276m ksg ship lol

Best wishes to the wife. This combo also works to powerlevel your 3* ships for scrapping in eclipse space
Yoooooo! I tried this and plowed through like 10 500M+ trials I've been stuck on. Gotta remember this for next Wednesday for my bulk Cerritos spending!

I'm ops 45, and my Q building is almost lvl 40, and my assessment score is at 17.5 mill...been using my protomatter to upgrade metereon recently but will probably switch over to upgrading the building again soon!

Hey Rev! Great info, but is it worth mentioning also that you have Ferengi Whip (pretty sure), which would allow you to redeem the emblem of assessments regularly if not daily, plus probably have enough to upgrade Forbidden Techs (RNG on whip refinery dependent of course), but that the whip does not have a FTP path currently is an asterisk for this method, ie do you go building or FTs, can't do both realistically FTP as the building redeem is pricey, more that could be earned daily to save for FT upgrades :)

You could push even higher if you use both of the titian buffs and cerritos, and cloaked if you had it oh and exo comps too 😆 huge boosts lol great video again buddy.
Q's trials sets hard limits for Forbidden tech levels, when my level up probabiility dipped below 10% my Q's Benevolence went to +0% and the upgrade box grayed out. So even if you wanted to try with 9%, that option is unavailable until you improve your ranking.
we need to talk about how far behind your q trials are. and the crews you are using.

Rev, just hit the video to say thanks for all you do for the game. I decided to stop playing the game and am letting a few friends loot my base. It has been with your help I was able to stay slightly competitive in this game but it has just gotten to be too much. Thanks again.
I've been doing this for a while now. You can also do double titan boosts - Fortify and Max Fortify along with Cerritos. I killed a 15b Q with a 500m Sompeck.
Max forty activates both, buffing a ship that has maximum fortification with fortify doesn't do anything
Q level 49...going to 50 this evening
With using these boosts my tier 10 Pilum has beaten 1.34 billion battleship. The next lvl is a 2.1 billion which is going to need a little more research as i could only get 3/4 of the way through its hull.
I'm ops 46 and am currently ranked at 47.8 million. Top for my server at my ops.
I can take on lvl 70 surveys with cheritos and max fortication buffs.
Pike Monroe Chin is great against fed ship in Q trials
@rev don't you lose the boost if you dock the ship to your station as well? Hope your wife gets better soon!
What would be your advice on the balance between upgrading the building and leveling tech?
Upgrade tech since those don't make you more vulnerable to much higher players in pvp

My personal philosophy is to never invest in research that only impacts me while supported by a particular ship. I’ll get Q’s trials when my ships get big enough.
Why not? It makes you better at punching up

Is there anyway to get more UC Exborg Credits outside of daily pulls and paying? I feel like my crit floor will never advance with these costs

Rev Deuce, I need some help with a technical issue. I got a new HP Chromebook with an Intel Celeron processor last week to start a new FtP account. The game installed but I have constant crashes to desktop. I can't find anything on requirements to play STFC on a Chromebook (apparently it hasn't been available until recently). In my research, the majority of Chromebooks use Celeron processors (or equivalent from other sources). IF STFC won't run acceptably on a Celeron processor, Why would a Chromebook version have been released? My Chromebook is essentially a Clean machine. No Social Media, other games or non vital apps. I don't think that it's an internet issue as I'm on my Home WiFi and the Chromebook is literally 8 feet from my Internet Gateway. Do you have any suggestions? Note that a new PC/Tablet/Phone isn't in the cards anytime soon.

I remember a video where rev says something along the lines of “the tech is okay, but the real bonus is in upgrading the building”
I have a trial that I have failed over and over again. This hostile blacklight pirate has no clear buff but I cannot even drop a quarter of it's shield. With 194M corvus, cloak, 3x exo, Cerritos and titan buffs. I think it's bugged 3 star interceptor 159.6M power. No idea how to complete?
Had that happen to me way back in 2*, i think i tried a bunch of different ships or eventually it just went away but it did happen to me like you are getting.
Correction: This is for Level 36 and up, not 35. Cerritos buffs are based on your own research, and you don't get Cerritos until 36, and Titan at 38.
Silly question. I have been using Fortification and max Fortification at the same time... because they have different science upgrades. Have i been waisting credits doing this? If you max fortify does it also include the fortification automatically?
Yes. Max fortify includes all the fortify buffs as well. I think the only place it's mentioned is when you click on the ability description in the ship screen.
@revdeuce hey Any advice for a guy who breezed through his q trials without knowing that’d screw me. My Q building is stuck at level 20? How can I get to 25 and open up the next q trials?? Please help!!
What is max fortified?
I don't have my titan or the other ship my question is how do I get any ship pulls more often but I'm at 44 shards for sarcophagus tho

I JUST got the Cerritos so I will be putting that to use.
My crew is currently SNW Sam Kirk as captain with Khan and then Kang/Chervanek/Marcus (class counter) to round out the bridge
Below Deck I have Tendi, Belana Torres and E-Troi to provide Health and Crit amps.
