I've been trying to gain weight! I've lost 10 pounds instead, probably because of this black rice and adzuki beans 😮😮😮 Most food only have 2 or 3 grams of fiber per serving. Not adzuki beans. It has 12.7 grams of fiber per serving 😮😮😮😮. It also has 1254mg of potassium per serving 😮😮😮😲 It also has 19.87 grams of protein per serving 😮😮😮 No wonder I lost 10 pounds in 4 weeks! And don't get me started about the benefits of the forbidden rice 🌾

Oh I have eaten forbidden rice too. But currently just have black wild rice in my cupboard. Will have to try adzuki beans. Thanks for the tip!
