Dog owner didn't check to make sure dog was inside, and while panicking held onto leash to make sure it would suffocate or decapitate, had she thought fast like the gentleman did, it was a relatively thin leash and she could've let go in the hopes it would reduce tension or slip through. Good dude.

I live in Michigan, there has been so many deaths in those waters to the point I don’t even want to step on the Grand Haven pier or even go nearby water. I live in Michigan, there has been so many deaths in those waters to the point I don’t even want to step on the Grand Haven pier or even go nearby water. They added very tall flags, green means good to swim, yellow means swimming is OK, and red means you will get fined for even touching a drop of that water… so when I saw the clip with the toddler I worried.
