@@stefansgarage3014 I did specify "comfortable" in the preferences. I wasn't sure what was used on Roberts bike, but I'm just making sure I didn't ask for it too soft. But it is a cruiser, so I won't be taking corners crazy.
@@Longslyde1 If you’ve ordered Robert’s setup, you can adjust rebound (and preload of course), so you’ll be fine for cruising.

Another great collaboration and Wilber’s install with Stefan. Can’t wait to ride my 2020 Street Glide CVO with the Wilber’s that Stefan installed last year at Barnes Harley-Davidson in Langley BC. Just like Germany, we received more snow here in Vancouver, Canada this week.

I've put Wilbers on my Street Glide after a recommendation. Fitted by big Stef at Geelong Harley Davidson. Great suspension and hopefully HD realize they've made a huge mistake with factory suspension.

I've been using Wilbers suspension for over two years now on my ultra limited and its amazing. So how do you get those t-shirts from wilbers I can't find them.
I have a 2023 Low Rider S and am planning a long road trip with my wife in August 2024. I am stoked about this product. I'm so glad that softail owners will soon be able to have this superior suspension.
Wait until March 2024, the self-leveling Wilbers Nivomat will be available for M8 softails, perfect if you are riding with different loads (1 and 2 up).

I know they were glad to get to Pooler with that mild weather. I was stationed in Germany many moons ago in the Army and the winters can be pretty brutal there, to say the least. Rob, you gotta get out there to Germany yourself if you haven't been. There are some beautiful places to ride out there when the weather is nice. Best of all, you have two guides to show you the best riding spots I'm sure. Thanks, Stefan and Marc for flying out here to do that! I remember the flights I used to take from Philly or NYC on leave to Frankfurt usually coming back from leave. UGH, all those hours on a plane! Pretty big deal to come all that way, you guys!

I'm still laughing, being a blue collar maintenance engineer, I knew "that's what she said" was coming! I'll have to see if Wilber's has something for my kidney smasher, I mean Sportster. I love seeing all the cool things and happenings going on with your UA-cam, the experiences and friendships being made, living life to the fullest, being and doing your best. I found your channel when I was learning all I could before doing the BRC to learn to ride and get my license. I've met some great people and made a lot of new friends on this motorcycling adventure starting last May. Never even thought of all the good people I'd meet and great experiences I'd have on the way to doing something I've always wanted to do, it just makes everything immeasurably better.

Hi Gary, I'm glad You're happy with the Bagger Nivomat. I guess you ride the Fat Bob mostly single, so you won't need the self leveling system. I already installed the regular kit on two M8 Fat Bobs with similar results like on Allure. But once again, you would need to talk to the Wilbers USA guys to custom order them.

Wilbur’s USA now has this on their website and I’m about to order but I’m still going back and forth between this and the Ohlins. Wish there were more reviews of these out there.

Very good Robert! Wish I had known about Wilbers when I had my 06 Heritage Softail. Quality suspension it looks like for sure. My Queen was not impressed with the standard shock on the Harley and that's why ultimately I bought a Goldwing (much smoother). I have a standard Honda shock in it (and it's sort of OK) but wondering if they have a "better" one?

Hey Robert! Hope all is well with you, the fam and everything in general. Truly enjoy all of your input about riding and bike upgrades !! So, main reason I am reaching out is to get solid feed back from you regarding suspension upgrade on your breakout, I did just purchase a 2023 hd breakout early spring and after about 700 miles I decided to go with this upgrade and placed order 2 months ago, thing is order is taking longer than expected, my question to you, would the wait be worth it? How is it been for you since you had this Wilbers kit installed?

Really enjoyed this was really informative BUT a different question, is the seat still the original with the back part removed ( or can the rear be removed ) or is it a new different seat .

HOWEVER-shame on Harley that even on a CVO, you are having to do a “mod” like this.

Actually no. When I first got on this bike, I just knew that was going to be an issue but it actually isn’t. You know you can get used to anything.

Hey Robert a dealership in my hometown has the exact same Breakout that you purchased in stock. They quoted me an out the door price of $25715.00 Way too high or little too high?
As long as the MSRP is $20,999, that’s a good price.

I did what you said and called them up and it turns out it’s an hour away from my house because I live in the Philadelphia area they’re only in Manalapan New Jersey and the total job with them installing everything it’s just a little bit of $1000 which is unbelievably great so happy I saw your video. Can’t wait to have this installed on my 22 Fatboy, keep up the good work and I’ll let you know how it all goes but I’m sure I will be very satisfied. Thank you again for this incredible video that will surely enhance the ride of mine and any Motorcycle So excited!

I don’t recommend lowering it.
The seat is not comfortable , the back tire is to wide and to make turns it's not smooth to handle when is Harley going to make the perfect bike the moter is great and the chrome I like 😐
