@Nolan Brentley Thanks for your reply. I got to the site on google and I'm trying it out atm.

@Nolan Brentley it did the trick and I actually got access to my account again. I'm so happy:D
Thank you so much you really help me out :D
@Griffin Apollo Happy to help :)
Legend... when you see this man don’t say anything just buy him a beer.
I approve of this comment!
Came here to say the exact same thing
I'm impressed you did not charge for these designs. Incredibly impressive!
This is the best DIY tent that I've seen.
Nice work, dude!
Hey, thanks Mike!
Sheet! Llod approved!
Your transparency and sharing shows you have an abundance mindset. As a DIY first guy I'm so impressed with your build quality and your satisfaction in your work shows. Nice job
Thanks! I try to share what I can
Wow man, I'm no overlander by any means but I do own a 2012 TRD sport 4x4 double cab in manual and this video held my attention through out the whole video, very very awesome what you've done to your truck, amazing 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽who knows.. Maybe one day I'll take the overlander route and just build my own and travel the country, who needs a house or apartment 😂😂awesome work taco brother 👍🏽👍🏽
Cool set up! I was gonna get an old work rack with a regular rooftop tent and modify it to get something similar but this from scratch seams much better and probably a lot lighter!! Thank you for making plans available awesome stuff.
R.E.S.P.E.C.T! You really impress. Thanks again for the videos.... keep 'em coming please. Happy camping and safe travels.
So cool! Excellent job on the fabrication, love all the modifications you did!
Thank you very much!
Absolutely amazing job, dude. You're an inspiration, and you're also a great designer and speaker. Fantastic explanation of your thought process.
Awesome job! I plan on hitting the road full time next year, after the kids graduate high school and this is by far the best set up I have seen yet. Thanks for the video!!
This is the most brilliant Design so far on the market I reckon. Nicely done
Now that's the ultimate boss of rooftop tents setups. Splendid job!
VERY impressive camper build! And WOW I didn't realize the ridiculous markup on those type of campers. Thanks for sharing!
That is an awesome build! I'm currently finishing up my overland build on a Ford Expedition. I'll be full-timing it on the trails so a clever rooftop tent design was key. I just wasn't happy with what's available with the wedge tents, so I also designed my own. I haven't executed the build yet, and it will be Summer 2021 before I get to build it. In the meantime, I have a sleeping platform in the rear passenger/cargo area with a slide-out kitchen that I built myself. I am finally ready to start editing the entire build footage and will start getting some videos out in the near future. I transformed my "grocery getter" into a very capable overlanding rig.
Dude, you killed it with this! Nice work and thank you for sharing!
Fantastic build execution. Looks as good as any commercially available product out there, and sharing the build info probably has a few manufactures a bit anxious. Well done.
Great video! Excellent narration! I have watched your other videos using camper and what makes it so cool is how you customized it to what you wanted. Plus you gained the added knowledge of being able to fix it yourself if something breaks because you built it! Your video is an excellent walk through on how and why you made certain modifications. Can't ask for anything else! Thanks for sharing and taking the time to make and edit the video!
Rick From Virginia
Thanks Rick!
dude this is incredible! Thank you so much for making all of this public, you are doing this community a priceless service! Amazing work and thank you!
Outstanding...super nice build, clean, well made, great design,...look forward to anything else you make
BRO !!!! You did it !!! You made this video I recommended/asked for. Thank you man, this is awesome. Great job.
Awesome pop up tent man!! One of the better builds for sure! Thanks for the vid! 👍👍👍
Thanks for the generosity of your time
This is fantastic. So generous to share all of your plans and BOM.
I am building a similar camper. Totally inspired by yours. Just bought an 09 trd sport (also green).
My plan is to do full thin wall steel frame including the tent frame.
Can those latches be opened and closed from the inside, and are they locked from the outside when you close them from the inside?
That’s awesome, you and overland under budget are super impressive with your inexpensive alternative builds.
He makes so neat stuff! thanks
Wow, very impressive! This is one of the best builds I've seen. I build off road style teardrop trailers and I've wanted to add a RTT. Thanks for all your free info and videos.
nice! I'd like to build a trailer one day. That would be a fun project.
thanks for the compliments!
Amazing work! It is so good you made the information available for free. I wish more people stop using social media to brag about their stuff and start sharing useful information as you do. God bless you!
Brilliant! Thanks for this video and for sharing all the info. Very generous of you!
This is really a great build/design. Thanks for posting!
I have been in the process of shopping parts for a similar type of build for an f150. Even though this isn't plug and play for my vehicle, the fact that you made everything readily available is amazing. Open source is the way forward. Cheers
Me too, have you seen any good ripcord f150s?
Glad you finally made a video. I’ve been studying and researching thanks to your website. I still have it on my favorites. Making one for my landcruiser this winter. Great work man!! 🤙
Glad it was helpful!
sincere thanks for posting your rooftop tent and all the information to build one yourself, you did an awesome job and im inspired to build one out myself!
Glad it was helpful!
Love it...love the accessibility and looks good!
Nice build. I like the access to your living quarters.
Amazing! So cool that you’re providing all the build info. as well.
Glad you like it!
That is a really well thought out and executed build. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you for sharing so much! You've given me so many ideas for my project 😊
Was waiting for this video. Great detail on how the keder rail is fastened. Looks like it’s mounted to the extrusion
Can’t wait to get started on mine
Thanks! Good luck on your build!
Ripcord is the keder raid screwed into the 8020 extrusion?
Wow, You did such an awesome job on this!
I have been wanting to do something like this so badly the details are awesome thank you so much 😀. Literally just made my day especially the shopping list.
Glad I could help!
Beautiful tent and great work. I will be making one. thanks for sharing this!
Wanted to do one for a while. Thanks for the great video and ideas. Really nice.
great video! - I hope to build out my own this spring.... thanks for the information hopefully I can get it done....
That is an epic DIY project. Respect. Thank you for sharing this amazing build!
Thank you very much!
WOW!!! This is Pro level! Great job!
Best build so far. Thanks for sharing!
Nice clean build and very informative video. Well done young man.
Absolutely incredible! Thank you so much for sharing all the details. Liked and subscribed.
Nice work. I’ve been looking over all the videos, GoFastCampers, Vagabond Drifter and a couple others. For a DIY camper, you really nailed it in my opinion.
Awesome! Thank you!
Excellent video. Thanks for sharing your knowledge!
I just binge watched your videos since I got busy with school and stuff. The last time I watched you were at 1.2K subs. Now you got 3K. Congratulations man👏 Keep on doing what you are doing💪 be safe!🤗
thanks for watching!
Amazing design and craftsmanship!
Killer design, I love the balance of thrift and style and hardcore engineering. I hope to extend this build style into a four wheel camper clone using 80/20. This video is great inspiration. I’m a big fan of the idea that if you have built it, you’re in a good position to maintain it long term. It’s great to not be at the mercy of a manufacturer.
well put! that will be a neat project
Wish this color was still available! LOVE it!
This is way easier than bothering you in DMs in IG 😂 nice job dude!
Always good when you can make stuff with your own hands. Great work!
Indeed, much better!
Great videos buddy. Wish I was able to experience this. Best of luck to u.
I like your make!
First, KISS principle! (keep it simple stupid!) which is the best for off-road and life in general!
Second, very rational layout, easy to handle and use, maximum space and nothing weird outside (privacy ok!)
Last but not least, affordable!
Very inspiring, thanks from Italy!
i'm going to start a similar project
I cannot believe you actually made that! It's totally pro. You're very talented. Superman wears Ripcord pajamas!
lol thanks, it was a fun project.
Great stuff! Really appreciate you sharing your expertise.
Great job , thx for taking the time to share.
Awesome job! SImilar idea to something I have been planning. Thank you for the video and all the information, as it will help me not to reinvent the wheel on my design.
This bloke seriously deserves more subscribers...!
Great job. I love when people build their own set up. They became unique items and not from amazon. Great presentation keep moving forward my friend the sky is the limit. 👍🏽👍🏽
Glad you liked it!
I like it so much that I would like to build my own.
Awesome work! I have been looking for something like this for a while now.
That thing is badass! Great work!
Perfect! Thinking about doing something like this to my first gen 4runner.
seriously impressive, love the setup
That is a nice set up, great job!
Wow! I swear I had the EXACT same idea for a RTT. But I own an SUV and not a truck, so I built a RRT on top of my 4Runner, instead. Enter through the sunroof.
Your built is amazing. Thanks for sharing.
That is pretty cool! Used to have a 4runner and I would have done the same thing!
Love your build. Great idea and execution. Thanks for sharing. Hope you use the heck out of itt
Love it!! Great write up/how to guide in TacomaWorld.
Glad it was helpful!
That is the best diy camper I have seen! Great job!
Thank you! 😊
This is amazing. Fantastic job!
Wow, man great work. Good looking build.
You must be an engineer of some sort. Amazing work.
When i was your age I also had a old landrover series 3 which I did a lot of camping in and made a shower that used a compressor and I thought you would like. All I did was make a steel tank with a filler hole and plug and a quick release air adaptor to it and a quick release outlet for the shower. All you need to do is clip a shower set up to the side of your truck and clip it onto the tank. Clip on the air hose and make a small fire around the tank. It heats the water and is pressurized by the compressor. You have a shower like you are at home. It depends on you how much water it holds and you can fill it from a river or from water you bring with you. I Enjoy your videos and keep it up. Well done.
That sounds pretty neat!
If there is a couple of things I admire about people, it is that they are unafraid to tackle what can seem intimidating projects and also for sharing their hard work and innovation. I haven't read the comments btl, but no doubt someone has suggested manufacturing, marketing and selling this design yourself..? So I won't bother, lol.
What you have achieved is truly remarkable. For less than half the price of stock products and self-built in a fifth of the time. And of course, the satisfaction of having made this yourself. Bravo mate, bravo !
(subbed based on your humility, informative without patronising approach and selflessness sharing your extremely hard work for free)
Thanks for the compliments, glad you liked the vid!
This is awesome and I am about to use your idea and modify it for an ACLB. So I will have an extra foot to work with or so.
Get down butha man! Awesome built.
😮 You are a legend, your build is epic.
You have singlehandedly, by designing and constructing your own custom camper which meets or exceeds the standards of commercially manufactured units, laid bare the exorbitant overpricing of these types of campers!
By any metric yours is a meticulously precise and superbly detailed camper constructed to a very high standard using quality materials.
Your camper has the appearance of being a very high end camper from a custom designer and fabricator - Which is exactly what it is!
By designing and fabricating your camper and making available the necessary technical information to enable others to construct their own without spending excessive amounts to source the correct materials, you have made a huge contribution to the Make Your Own Gear (MYOG) knowledge base!
Innovators like you inspire others to try to do things for themselves which they'd previously considered to be beyond their abilities!
Not only will they build themselves a superb custom camper, they'll also develop the knowledge, confidence and pride at having hugely expanded their capabilities to carry out future projects which they'd never before considered possible!
And in doing so they'll save themselves and their families considerable amounts of money!
Thank you for your immense contribution to truck camper ownership.
Thanks for the comment. Keep in mind though I am not factoring in my time or cost of tools into the overall price. I do not think existing products are overpriced, they are just out of my budget.
I hope to see more people build their own!
cool project.. Thanks dude for giving me an idea and you documented very well everything and even make spreadsheet too.. cheers.. many thanks bro..
Glad it was helpful!
Dude I love your videos, please do more camping videos I loved your snowstorm camping video and if you stay consistent you will grow because your videos are engaging and fun to watch.
I definitely want to post a trip video next. And that snow camping one was a real fun one!
Agree well done awesome content
AWESOME! Thanks for sharing!
That is so good. Great work.
Very nice work! I plan to make one once I get a truck
OMG! This is astonishing. I've been looking at the pop ups for my Tacoma after deciding I wasn't going to purchase a van. However, the prices just make me throw up a little in my mouth. I do believe I have the tools and ability to make this happen. Although I may sub out the sewing...ewww! Thank you so much for the great to the point video and the links.
Glad you found the video useful!
you are the freaking man!!!
wow great build bro. keep the videos coming.
Nicely done. Would definitely be a cool project.
That set up is clean !
Great build Brotha!
Well done Jim!
This is super great ! Thanks for sharing !
Excellent. Thanks for your video 👍
GFC wait time was too long; so he knocked out his own :)
Right? I just found GFC and found them (like everyone else) cool as fuck! Then I learned that there's actually a "waitlist"... blew my fucking mind, but I guess too many people want them and they're swamped. Hope they NEVER source out to another country in order to get them made quicker.
Great job. Awesome rig
Def a sweet rig and build.
