Hi Jerry, thanks for your detailed recipe. I tried it out, but I think the jamuns I had were more in quantity, so it has turned out very sour. Is it okay to add sugar after the wine is ready?
Hello, thanks for this video. I have a question: When the fermentation process is finished And get the final drink Can we consume it? Does it contain methanol? Could it be Sam?
Sorry for the late reply and this is an interesting question. However below is my thoughts Wine and vinegar are both products of fermentation, but they differ in their properties and nutritional values. Wine is made by fermenting grape juice and contains alcohol, sugar, and antioxidants such as resveratrol. Vinegar is produced by fermenting alcohol with acetic acid bacteria, resulting in a sour liquid with very little alcohol or sugar. Wine is commonly used as a flavoring agent in cooking and may have health benefits, while vinegar is a versatile ingredient that has low calories and may offer health benefits related to digestion and blood sugar control. Overall, wine and vinegar have distinct nutritional values and uses in cooking and nutrition.
It is a bit sweet because of the sugar. But it tapered down as we kept it for a long time. But use of sugar will depend on the sweetness of the jamun you get from the market
Bad luck. Badnasheeb. Without mehnat and investment no gain. As for the taste of the end product I am already trying the recipe and I have bought all the ingredients.

Oh my. I feel you add the sugar and add some more yeast and leave it for another 15 days and let's see how it comes out.
I wish it comes out nicely 😊

You will be required to filter it and then you can consume after placing it in the bottle
Can you please tell me… what’s difference in Vinegar , and Wine making, and food value wise

Can we use plastic or steel utensil to make the wine.
Steel is safe
At initial stage you said " make sure there is no moisture in the vessel." But you just poured water over the JAMUN and crushed it.
There should not be moisture when you store the wine
I made the juice by same process & kept in fridge, after a month I open the bottle & found full gas in it, please tell me, is it wine or vinegar?
how to get yeast powder on line ? Do you have some suggestions ?
You can get it on Amazon or any online Shop 😊
The 1 lit water. Is it boiled ( and cooled).
Yes it's boiled and cooked
Nevet use jaggery for wine making. , only sugar. Never ever use plastic. Only glass jars for wine making.
Is it going to be a sweet wine? How much sugar do we need to make a sweet wine?
It is a bit sweet because of the sugar. But it tapered down as we kept it for a long time. But use of sugar will depend on the sweetness of the jamun you get from the market
When we double the quantity of fruit do we proportionately increase the quantity of yeast or use slightly less.
Thanks for your lovely comment. You have to use appropriate quantity of yeast.
It contains how much percentage of alchohol?
It's approximately 10%
👌👌👌👌👌👌👌
Thanks a lot 🙏😊
Which Yeast ?
Bread Yeast
@@TravelChefwithJerryJoseph thankyou sir
How to control Bacteria.
By straining it
You told that there shouldn't be water in the glass jar , but u added 1 ltr of water in to the jar
As the fermentation takes place and while bottling the wine there should not be any moisture
Process is incomplete
Alcohol % ?
Thanks for your comment. Less than 10%
@@TravelChefwithJerryJoseph What is the govt rule regarding alcohol.
For personal consumption is fine. But sales is based on government rules
There r many uploaded wines, for so many people. Lots of mahenat/waste of money on ingrediants...watch vdo...wait for so many days...result👎👎👎
