Aurora has winner energy. She’s shown so much versatility so far - her looks have been great, she was one of the few queens that did pretty well in the improv challenge last week, and this week she slayed the girl group challenge. She has the runways, the performance chops, can be funny, and has the personality.
She’s gonna be our girl to break Canada’s east-Asian curse
I think she deserved a high placement on that improv

Ginger had 3 Wins, 3 Clear 2nd Places, and 1 other High. Over 9 episodes (excluding finale - which she also did great in!). That's Top 2 in 2/3 of the non-finale competitive episodes PLUS another high PLUS no lows or bottoms. And yet I've seen some people are still questioning whether her win was fully deserved? Like hunny, what else did she have to do to prove herself to you 😭

IDK, after they eliminated Cara I immediately lost all interest in the season. I tried to watch it but I couldn't.
The good thing is that if for whatever reason you don't like a season, you don't have to force yourself to watch it because theres so much drag and so much to choose from that it really doesn't matter
Same. I’m usually someone who will stick it to the end, but this is the second time I’ve stopped watching a season due to losing interest after an elimination. It’s kind of disappointing but I guess I’m glad everyone rlse had fun

On the UK I wanted Michael to win… he just slayed the finale episode in almost every category, but for TGE on Canada, it was her time. She seemed blocked somehow and I suspect maybe she just wasn’t ready to be on the show yet. She literally gave up both last week and this week in several challenges, and she clearly didn’t know the words for the lipsync. Felt bad for her, but I think she just needs more time. Her day to shine will come.

Yes we love to travel : the Netherlands for New Year's weekend, 3 trips to Sweden to see Melodifestivalen (Sweden's own Eurovision Song Contest), a possible trip to Denmark in between and the Netherlands again for Easter!!
To add to my list, DR Espana 3 was the most disappointing season this year ( not knowing their Eurovision facts... pure scandal!)
About Canada season 4.. OK, diverse: cast yes; trans representation, yes: drag, no.. sorry my own humble opinion. I wish they ( Most) could talk normal and not over enunciate and/ or streeetch their words ( confessionals and werk room ).

I think either Ginger or Michael would have been a great winner. One of the most enjoyable parts of the UK seasons, as a whole, is that there are always at least two reasonable choices for the winner going into the kip sync. Viv/Davina, Lawrence/Bimini, Ella/Krystal/Kitty, Danby/Cheddar. The judging as a whole ultimately seems to lead to the right ending.
Anyway, as a Geordie myself I was so happy to see the representation in this final 3.
Canada - glad Aurora finally got the recognition she deserved, she has been top 3 since the start from me.
Bottom 3, I agree with the three who were in the bottom and it was TGE's time. She's just not delivered in the challenges. And in the lip sync she definitely didn't know the words. I'm glad Kitten stayed and she killed that lip sync.
My top 3 for Canada right now are Aurora, Kitten and Denim. Next outs, unless they wow me in the next few episodes: Nearah, Luna and Venus (but I know Venus is going nowhere soon)
Scarlett I know this is a dressed down look but the hair and then the way it flows into that shirt is GORGEOUS OMGGGG so hot
The UK finale was my favourite finale for a while.
The fact that people thing it was controversial for Tomara to not get to lip sync when she coasted on charisma the entire season is crazy to me. Delusion.
Tomara is likely to come on a future vs. or Global All Stars and Michael could win a vs. (given quite a few of the people from the UK who can win one are very unlikely to ever do it).
yeah, her run was very much reminiscent of Juju's run on Season 2, although they did make Juju lipsync thrice lol
For kitten's look and the other dom type looks I think its referencing the music video to Sunglasses at night by Corey Hart ( a canadian singer). Thats the missing link as to why you may be confused about the outfits fitting the category. The video has lots of authoritative figures in black outfits

For the past 3 UK seasons, the winners have been similar to their US equivalent. Season 3 Raja and Crystal both fashion queens, season 4 Sharon Needles and Danny Beard broke the mold, season 5 had both red haired comedy queens Jinx and Ginger. I wonder if season 6 of UK will have a ethnic (or non-brit) winner similar to Bianca Del Rio.
Funfact: Uk season 5 got the highest ratings now. Surpassing S2 ❤. Seems correct and Perfect. Goes to show Fans were supporting Ginger to win.
Another funfact: 2023 winners of all franchises all got the best track records. Ginger only continued the trend.

I'm SO over RU using her songs and just recycling them as prices and competition tasks,she was also just wearing the same outfit, wig and glam in her parts that she wears ever series for the video voice parts... have more respect for the girls and give them a new song!

everyone thought Ginger was going to be first out or something but when I seen her promo I was like okay top four I just had that feeling she was someone people would not expect but she would just slay all the comedy challenges
It’s interesting that Tomara has one win but people didn’t think she should take the crown but on All Stars 6 it was ok that Sonique had one win (which people thought she would be in the bottom that episode she won but that’s a whole different story ) and Ginger M had like three wins and Raja had two 😂. The math don’t be mathin on drag race sometimes.
I kinda thought Aurora gave the golden beaver to Kiki because she thought The Girlfriend Experience could beat Kitten in the lipsync. But Kitten ate her like Special Kitty henny.

I saw her recently in the Xmas tour. Her poise and footwork put her performance above everyone else, even though her numbers had very little (or nothing as she admitted) to do with Xmas.

I never understood the hype around Girlfriend Experience. I mean she was beautiful, and seemed like a lovely person that has a lot to iron out in life, but I never got that Charisma, Uniqueness or Nerve that warranted the mass hype. To me she was just a really beautiful girl.
I hope she gets to go away from this experience and work on herself. She's a gorgeous woman, but there's a lot going on under the surface and she needs to self love and self believe, then come back and SLAY.
So happy with Ginger winning. I would've loved Michael winning too, I wasn't phased either way. Just so grateful that two of the older queens got to duke it out for the title. The top 3 are really going on to amazing things. There's no way Ru is going to let Tomara slip through her fingers!!!

I’m not convinced it was controversial for Tomara to not lip sync/win. She was fantastic but clearly she hadn’t done as well this season as the other two. She’s charismatic but hasn’t done the absolute most. She’ll be great for all stars.

Ive been loving yalls looks in these recent videos, Stunning! Ginger's win was so deserved and got a great edit while also letting all the queens shine, the talent was amazing all the way around. I loved that DeDe staying really disrupted the expected (esp by the edit) boot order but also got a great spin, the positivity has really made this season so fun; tho I loved vicky bringing some last minute drama!

The formula for Drag Race UK winners has never changed. It was obvious Ginger was winning. The second half of the season doesnt mean much, the winner is already clear.

To me I thought The Girlfriend Experience was kinda disrespectful, I got not trying/not taking it serious vibes the whole time she was on the show. The way she didn’t learn the lyrics to either the group song and the lip sync song.

I think Aurora saving Kiki early (when she knows Kiki is likely to win a challenge...or 2...or 3) makes a lot of sense for Aurora's longevity in the competition. If you know Kiki is likely to win the Golden Beaver soon in a design challenge or could break a tie in a challenge with her incredible runways, why not lay down the foundation for Kiki to possibly save you in the future 💁♂

idk if anyone else feels this way but I’m honestly kind of bored with Canada 4. it’s giving very Canada 2 energy rn where the runways are great, but in terms of the challenges a couple of the girls slay the main challenge, most are just ok, then a few give literally nothing and bomb the challenge HARDDD. the editing on the girl group challenge was also WILD, like they kept cutting all around to mask the fact the majority of the girls just weren’t together with the choreo(which totally could be a production issue and not completely the fault of the girls). i really liked episode 1 but i’m slowly just becoming burnt out and disinterested unfortunately:/ does anyone else feel this way??
