@@JT-ih2rx Nah they changed the patty for the Mayo Chicken to the same as what they use for the Chicken Big Mac so they still have it for sure. That’s why they also have an allergen update for the Mayo Chickens. They just ran out of the boxes for the Chicken Big Mac, that’s all. (I work in McDonald’s)
The hot and spicy is really good. I don't know why UK don't have it. If you live in the United States or anywhere else that gets the hot and spicy chicken sandwich, be sure to add pickles because that shit goes hard.
That is legit! Worth the upcharge. The one in the UK looked like it had McChicken patties on it. But, the one you got, has the regular chicken sandwich patties on it. Big difference!!

I’m in the uk and tried the chicken Big Mac, it’s not just a chicken sandwich patty it’s a special ( smaller) chicken burger , that’s what’s sold out :)

@@drewdrew2172 boxes were running low that’s for sure, however they were having supply issues with the new patties, so they removed the chicken Big Macs to allow the continued sale of Mayo chickens (which include the smaller patty like you stated)
That would be the sex same thing there's no difference it's just a bit Patty shaped it still chicken be the same thing and the fact that they bet you charged extra to get chicken tells me they were never out of it if it's not available it shouldn't be available whatsoever

They sold 70% of chicken Big Macs within the first two weeks so couldn’t let in run supply issues are currently ongoing that why they take chicken legend of menu as well for a few weeks

In the US where I live, I had mine recently, as they used 2 pieces of Tempura Chicken Patties (same meat and texture, too, surprisingly) as it was still delicious, and costed me only $6.58 (~9.75% California Sales Tax included) in 2024, as it was worth trying at least once, and it was worth having, and not having to travel to Canada, UK, or India, just go out of my way, as my fellow Amercians, you have to try, if you love Big Macs + chicken, respectively! 🇨🇦 🇬🇧 🇮🇳 🍔 🐓 ♥️
It's their best selling Launch ever in UK, the chicken fillet was new, not used on any other burgers. Chicken mayo uses different fillets, so because it sold rapidly they had to cancel the promotion as they've ran out of the new Chicken fillets

We've had this in Australia since 2017. When they take it off the menu, you can just order a regular Big Mac and swap the beef for mc chicken patties.

Not to disrespect the drive thru workers, but how you gonna go "no" on a simple customization that's not too complicated, but on top of the fact that your business just went No Holds Bar on what you want and how you want? If I want a Big Mac with beef as buns, give me that!!
I think its about how they have to ring them up and therefore manage supply of stock. If they cant properly ring up your order then they cant keep track of what they sold and what they have left.

I'm from the UK, the chicken bigmac was aight, nothing crazy. Daym's looks a whole lot better than what we would get served, the quality of those chicken patties look thrice as good as the ones they used here. Entertaining as always though. Much love.

Where I live, the McChickens are on sale for 2 for $2, and the Big Mac is $4.49. Then you can just swap out the meats and have a Chicken Big Mac and 2 hamburgers for $6.49. I think they charged you an extra dollar for it being a special request AND charged you for the McChicken patties on top of that. I think you got played.

Big mac + 2 McChicken sandwiches= chicken big mac
Put the meat from the chicken sandwiches on the big Mac put the meat from the big Mac on the two chicken sandwich buns and you'll have a chicken big Mac and two little burgers
Or you could order two Mc chicken sandwiches and a side of Mac sauce & put it together

Mackers is usually pretty good for substitutes...I often get the ordinary burger, and replace the ketchup and mustard with Mac Sauce..which gets you that Big Mac flavour for a lot less.
You could have also got the smaller Jr Chicken patties (you must have those in the US?)..instead of the full sized ones, no?

When I worked at Mc Do back in the Day 2007 I guess it was, in aspen, co I had a Muslim customer who once asked me if I can make him a chicken Big Mac. I said no problem, I used a grilled chicken I cut it in half and voila. He came back a couple of times just until my manager found out I wasn’t charging him that grilled chicken piece. Fun times

Hello I hear you Dams . I bought me two bacon chicken and two chicken burgers from the value section. Took one top off and made me two chick Big Macs of my own. Made my own of which was cheaper . And I had one bacon chicken Big Mac and plain chicken Big Mac . Real 😊 niceeeee
most bomb thing i ever got was a big mac but replaced the burgers with sausage. totally amazing.
