Many people asked what this thing between my Diamonds on the table is. It's called Diamond Slicers by KAMUI. You can find it here: amzn.to/33JOqk7 How would you prefer to shoot the six ball in this video? I know, my choice isn't a simple shot, because it forces you to be a good shotmaker. However, in the long run you should be able to execute it. If not, go for the bank shot because it offers a possibly safety or at least more difficult leave, for your opponent than the slow rolled inside spin shot. Going for a safe from the beginning is of course also possible. But when you are playing at a certain level, you want to stay on the table, especially when there's a makeable (and not too risky) shot in front of you.
So very cool and heart warming to see this level of synergy Dr. Dave! Particularly as we near the holidays and recognize all share so much in common regardless of location or politics. No doubt many of us have benefited from your teachings as well. I love how there exists this tremendous level of sharing pool play knowledge so that everyone at all levels can stlep up their game. As in the end, we all desire and thrive off of strong competition. For myself I always seek out the stronger player to play. And in turn welcome sharing my knowledge to not as strong or beginning players I come across just as likely everyone else does who play the lifetime awarding game called pool. Applause to you both! And to us all!
Your videos are the best. I like how you always show what english you're using on the cue ball, and then you show it from first person. Keep up the great job
I will have to admit this series is quickly becoming one of my favorite ones to watch! I can see the second and third options being much better for getting position simply because you get more bang for your buck.
I've learned a lot from your videos. Just ordered my first cue stick ever. Hopefully it helps. I've been playing with really bad cue sticks. Keep up the great work
I would have intuitively gone for the bank with the stop and/or stun (which you did perfectly) as the bank appeared fairly natural despite the distance. Despite this however liked seeing your alternative "around the world" shot. My only fear being I miss and friends saying "why did you hit so hard" assuming I missed LOL. That is what makes your videos so good to view. To see alternative perspectives and for us all to concentrate on creating the lines (using spin) that propels the cue ball to use one, two or three rails (maybe even four or five LOL) to get the best cue ball placement or problem ball breakouts. Nicely done as always! Am enjoying the daily series.

Just found your video. I just started playing again after a couple of decades when I didn’t know about side spin. Since learning about it, I’ve been trying to find a video that shows where to aim (or align) the tip of the cue with the striking point of the ball you want to pocket. This video showed exactly what I was looking for. Thanks.
The bank shot works as a 2 way shot if missed. For people without excellent speed control, the 3rd option would leave an easy shot on the 6 if it's missed. The cut on the 6 is no gimme so I'd say the bank is the safest method for most.
Can i make a comment. This is awesome what you do. I like your cue ball that you post indicating spin. You are 99% perfect. If we could get you to label which balls are which color. I think green is the 6 but not sure. So i know which ball your shooting but the next shot, not sure which one it was. I am a good player but don't have ball color memorized and some TV don't truely show correct color.
Hey bro i watch most of your videos its very helpfull but is there a video u have how to ajust the cuestick when aiming with spin?and on the rail bank shots?
Hello again Sharivari. I've been looking for a video that covers how to leave the opponent a tough shot when you and your opponent are BOTH* on the 8 ball (or 9 or 10). Could you please leave me a link to a video you've posted that covers this, and if not, would you please make a video covering this situation. Thanks in advance and keep shooting!
@@Sharivari lol I went to the bottom of your list and just realized you meant 2nd to latest posted haha. Was looking for that one and wasnt sure if was one of yours... Thanks again.
The problem is, you cannot soft draw into it, because of the distance between cue ball and object ball. Hitting harder for more draw on the cue ball will make the carom uncontrollable.
Hey. I’m a new pool player looking to by a cue stick for me and my buddy. I have no idea what to buy I don’t want to spend a lot cause we are still new. Any ideas?
At a typical office supply store you will find them. They are a commodity like paper clips. They are all basically made the same and for the same purpose. To reinforce the "holes" (usually 3 of them) for printed paper that go into a "3-hole.punch binder". They will lay very flat to the table as they are thin and look like little donuts. In the USA these would be sold at an Office Depot or Staples office supply store chain. Just a small box will do and you'll have plenty to give to your friends for the holidays LOL.
Thanks. I like to see your videos because you try to do everything like in the really time. Not like an others youtubers that they change the screen to many times that means they try the shots that they show me many times no on ones.

Can you recommend using the diamond slicers?
I feel like improving without using them would turn out more effective on long time perspective
what kind of paper reinforcement rings do you use? Could you where to buy?
Sharivari, You are doing a great job with this series. Keep up the excellent work. And Happy Holidays!

Vielen Dank :)
You said to let you know what we think. I believe you stand a chance to stance among the greatest pool players of all time.
Thank you buddy :)
All depends on how well you know the table.... option 3 is the best even on a crappy table.... thanks for this
Can you please make a video demonstrating different hand positions.
Cool, thanks
Love the camera works. Sure you put a lot of effort in video editing. The transitions are so smooth, feels like playing video game.
Bravo!
I tried the around the world shot on my very slow cloth and it takes some pace! Looking forward to getting a new cloth soon :)
Awesome 👍🎱🌍

Very nice
Nice camera work
What about using the wagone wheel drill principle to shoot the 6 in and develop the 7?

Great, was it possible to add some draw to the cue ball and make it hit 7 and stop? I feel a slow draw shot would do that, not sure though.
Yup
Lovely
What kind of cue do you us?I use a 17 lucasi hybrid and a B2 predator to break with.
Thank you, great videos, how can we have the donuts exactly at the same place as you?
Love videos! What kinda cue and shaft do u play with?
Had a moment of panic for a second, when I thought I wasn't subbed already...
I checked too
Great!! 🔥
@sharivari why not try to cannon the 7 out with draw?
Please show some play vs other players.
That table is fucking sick
Can you make jumpshot tutorial pls?
Great viddy

Why the picky movement during your pre-shot strokes...what’s the purpose?
Took me this long to notice you are left handed.
I feel stupid, I'm also left handed!😂
You’re awesome man. Never thought you are German since you mentioned playing with Ralf. Accent is not there.
Glad there is no German accent. Some people thought I was Indian though.
I'm from yemen. I really like your videos . But please add a arabic translate.
Is inside English left or right spin?
Is intentionally trying to carom into the 7 ball an invalid option?
The problem is, you cannot soft draw into it, because of the distance between cue ball and object ball. Hitting harder for more draw on the cue ball will make the carom uncontrollable.
Where can I purchase the rail marking for a 9 foot table?

6 ball shot definitely a round the world shot. BTW, video quality a bit lacking. Bit fuzzy.
