Weird rescue: laughing at scared puppies, unloading a lot of food to them but then pulling them in order not to overeat, and then the trip to Tibet must have lasted 2-3 weeks since puppies grew a lot. All while we can see there were other dogs which could have actually been parents of these pups calling this whole thing into question.
This is the work of that hateful girl, she enjoys the fear of puppies. That's why I didn't watch the rest of the video, but every puppy should not be taken away, maybe the parents of the puppies went to look for food for them.
