@Gaeuvyen I bet he was asleep hence why the owner honked at him. He looks like he just woke up. I know I'd get fired for napping on the job but not this unprofessional. Liability for all, especially law enforcement.
Edit: 0:58 "You know you're going in on the wrong way, too." So Henderson was at the exit thinking if a car does come then they'll go the right way and he would hear them with his window cracked. 1:25 and 1:51 The cop's car is facing the exit from inside the parking garage. The Doctor obviously uses the back for easier access to unload equipment on his own property then honked to wake him up and move, no doubt about it.

I think the first thing that got the officer taken aback is when he responded to the officer saying "you don't drive and honk at a police officer like that", his response was great "You don't swear at me". To be fair the driver could have easily been armed and would have shot the cop the moment he approached. The cop would of had barely a second to pull his gun out load a bullet to the chamber aim and shoot if that were the case, so in my opinion its reasonable and he did holster his gun right after he understood this guy was no threat. He could have done better if he wasn't stubborn and admited he was worng and just left, but some peole just won't admit they are worng.

On hot days he’d give cold waters to the 5th graders down the road who were crosswalk sign holders after school (for younger kids walking home).

Then threatening the doctor with a citation for dangerous driving on HIS own property when it was the cop who was blocking and entrance or exit I didn't matter cause shouldn't be there at all...the cop was NOT writing up a report (That should be for back at station) but instead he was caught catching some 😴😴 on duty its obvious if the doc had to honk the horn to get his attention hence startling the cop and that's why he jumped out pulled the weapon and cursed him out!!! Cop: ... well the next time you have a homeless guy---
Doctor: we'll take care of it. You can go solve murders. Please leave.
Being homeless is a crime apparently... This is why people are saying defund cops. The culture of policing is toxic and unevolved. Look at all the egos in this video. These cops are not only entitled but lack the understanding of who it is they serve. The lack of accountability displayed here is also mindboggling. The cop drew his weapon and pointed it at an unarmed civilian trying to get into his property and the other officers said NOTHING. They should've taken the 1st cop into custody for assault and reckless endangerment. Rant over.

Kyle Stafford and the cop didn’t have to emotionally argue or dispute. He could’ve respectfully get off the property, and ask the Doctor about the property. It’s that simple, yet entitled cops always escalate things when they’re suppose to be remain calm & de-escalate things. 6 months of training did nothing for cops. Power trippin.

@@kalmage136 let me ask you this. Did you even listen to what the cop said and why he reacted the way that he did?. The gentleman rode up on him in a hostile manner moving very fast in a motorized vehicle. The windows were tinted by the way at night so he probably couldn't make out what the guy looked like. At this point I can only imagine how he felt know ming that right now cops are targeted and hated on the most in America by people of all colors. When you fear for your life you can't help but get into a state where maybe some emotions come out. You're right he could've respectfully got off the property, however the gentleman could've respectfully asked him to leave. Cops are allowed on any property in the city limits, so long as they visually display themselves as a law enforcement officer. Now had the gentle just politely said, "excuse me sir, this is my property and I'm needing this space cleared so I can unload and do some work" there couldve been no issue. However acting in a hostile manner is absolutely unacceptable.
