    Can I just HALF EVERYTHING, if only using 500g of Beef, or is it more nuanced than that?

    What cut of beef did you use?

      Hi Leanne, for a Curry you can use any cut of beef, it doesn't really matter. The cheap cuts of beef make a good Curry. I used chuck steak. The cut does not affect the flavours only your cooking time.

      Because she is not an Indian, she has a South African accent - how rude and totally ignorant, (maybe uneducated as we'll I suspect) to ask "why the accent? " -
