To cut and paste a file or folder, use Command-C to copy the item and Command-Option-V to move rather than copy the item. I'm surprised how many people don't know this.

Upon right-clicking on the file or folder, there is no "cut" option available. However, there are options to move the files, as you mentioned.

I'm so sick of hearing "Mac just works" or "it takes less time to learn". Jesus Mac os is extremely unintuitive. Windows management is terrible and many things that are different in Mac, is different.. Just because. Nothing else. The mere fact to be productive requires a learning a while list of keyboard shortcuts should tell you everything you need to know.
I have had to install many apps to make the thing run efficiently for god's sake.

It's what you are use to. It's certainly not intuitive. My experience is limited mainly to attempting to fix issues on them at work (which is without a doubt far more common than on the win10 or 11 machines). Trial and error works the interface out somewhat but very much assumes you do that or know. A simple global ability to type what your trying to do seems missing, which is weird
