I am married and I will correct you on one thing. It depends on who you are married to. My hubby doesn't dictate anything. He let's me have my own life. Sometimes I even forget I am married 😂. If you get married to your friend you will be fine. Though I will not lie to you marriage is not easy. You have to put in the work both of you.

A 30plus year old man doesn't value a woman's career, he values a peace of mind the most!
"Act like a wife?".....But majority of men out there are used to the so called "acting girlfriends who act as wives" who perform all wifey duties before marriage as they use them as doormats and later such so called "acting wives" get dumped and they are left miserable while such men moves to their next catch......I ain't buying that worst advise...Men are hunters and they know who to fool around and who not to fool around with..How a principled lady carries herself out there with self respect, dignity,high integrity and with high esteem is what makes her win the heart of the Mr right out there...So proving oneself to a man by acting wifey is a no no no for me... only desperate ones do so.
