2. Be minimal on spending
3. Save money wisely towards retirement 4. Save to invest, it's a proven way to get richer.

@Steve Donard The most common mistake I see new investors make is rushing Into cryptocurrency without any guidance.
I agree but finding a professional for guidance ain't as easy as it sounds. cause I've been searching for one.
@Steve Donard first thing to do is to stop all form of trade and seek the help of an expert to guide you through. allot of ppl shy away from this thinking they could do it alone and end up blowing up their account.
Lex: Let me ask you a question
Proceeds to ask 6 questions at the same time while explaining the reasons behind them and concludes with his own opinion about them.
Minimal Red proceeds to loose money in scam coins and blames others. But I could be wrong.
IKR, the title of the video is "Which" Crypto Coins Are A Scam? Foolish of me expect a conversation about crypto coins like: Ethereum (ETH), Cardano (ADA), Dogecoin (DOGE) Ripple (XRP). Or whatever top crypto currencies a potential investor(s) may or may not be interested in; and the opinion of someone heavily entrenched in the crypto currency scene like, IDK, a co-founder of Ethereum (ETH), might be able to say something along the lines of... Scam, NO Scam, To Early to Tell, To Good to Be True...
Instead what the listeners got was a philosophical debate about buying crypto because of the people involved or the pool of investors as a whole and the guest suggesting we look at crypto currencies like companies with items purchased coming with stock options... Definitely not what I expected. Oh well maybe next time.

Let's appreciate the fact that Vitalik is actually asperger and this must be so hard for him to do an interview. He is brilliant and an inspiration to all the geeks in the world
If one is being their "true self", you'll sometimes come off as being "weird". As an adult I realize that people should aspire to be considered "weird" by most people, considering most people go through life pretending to be someone they're not.
Let's just appreciate him because he's brilliant in general and has accomplished a ton.

I agree, I only call coins that have creators with bad intentions scams. Other coins with no utility are just shitcoins. Safemoon, doge, shiba, cum rocket. Other coins that are genuinely created to have a purpose, but are failing for one reason or another should have a different name
I actually do think Safemoon devs are deliberately lying about some stuff. Idk about the other ones you mentioned, haven't really followed those.

People fear what they don’t understand. I remember when people said the same thing in the late eighties and early nineties about the internet. Crypto is here to stay. And like the internet will continue evolve, into the currencies of the future. The ones who are smart enough to see this and get in on these currencies early, will benefit greatly.

@@stevess7777 yea I’m attempt to trade using btc as my main pair. It was much easier for me to win when I just traded using USD. Btc trading seems more difficult for me because there is two volatile coins versus one. The market tends to move with btc but not always or in the same way.
Btc Is the main coin im really going to focus on building up and holding.
I have a feeling if all other coins don’t crash then when the worlds governments make their own it will be transferable to the governments coin.
The don’t want decentralized currency. It’s all about control and tracking who has what. At least that’s what I believe

Notice how Vitalik doesn’t like describing why BSV itself is a scam.. he focuses on Craig Wright. “I mean yeah theoretically you could write transactions to it and theoretically yeah you could use it to backup files.” LMFAO yeah Vitalik that’s exactly the point. You can do those things. I already have.

Lex rightly points that most of the so-called bitcoin maximalists are not open to new ideas and criticism. They dismiss anyone who raises some constructive criticism about bitcoin and instead of thinking deeply about the criticism they attack the person which is very sad.

What is the point?
He's no dummy but there is levels. Not everyone thinks as quick as Vitalik.
Lex is obviously much smarter than the average man but he is still a man with an ego, even not a huge one. The nature of his job means that he is the product. I think that guides him to always push his point of view in discussions.

Markets require confidence. A lack of confidence is uncertainty. As one of the preeminent voices in the community I’m struck with how unconfident he seems. When asked directly about scams He had no reassuring come back. This is a problem.

crypto runs on public sentiment. That's my billion dollar lesson. I watched BTC rise and never took action because I too was concerned about a perceived cult like interest....What I learned is that the public interest is behind the rise in crypto value.

Is carmacoin a scam? It's an Ohio local thing that all my highschool friends have bought into and are posting pics of them standing next to a supercar. I can't find it on reg exchanges. Anyone have any info? All my peeps are 35ish and have kids and such. Hate to see my whole highschool class get scammed.
