I want to see him using echolocation to jump across rooftops as a young child like I read in his biography. His car crash, his pioneering of electronic music, his MLK advocacy. His remarkable, remarkable life.
What is so interesting in terms of how this interview has aged.. is that Stevie has been one of the first calls for many of his peers funerals, musical tributes and etc over the years .. whose gonna play and sing at his? That is the first thing that comes to mind when I heard he was not necessarily expecting to live long.. so interesting.
I think Stevie was growing his hair out cuz the braids look happened the following year. Cool interview. Haven’t seen this in a while. Thanks for posting.
I love Stevie Wonder so much I feel spiritually connected to him through his phenomenal music 🎶 ❤❤🎶
I remember watching this when it aired. He's lived 40 + years since this interview. Thank God for this man and his music!
Amen🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️
Here is he is still alive and well at 74, and all the greats he came up with are no longer here😢. What an icon
Bahaha Stevie asking for Barbara to clap and she immediately does the 1 and 3 thing absolutely killed me 😂
A once in a million lifetimes legend. God bless Stevie.
I love his deep Spirituality. Stevie, You Are A Musical Genius!!!!!🔥🔥🔥🔥
A Stevie Wonder biopic will be great

Highest human being
oh steveland, i have so much love in my heart for you
Love you Stevie, love your music!!!
what a great interview!! Looks like this is around the Secret life of plants era
Yeah around 1979 I think it's when he started wearing a full fledged afro
I will never forget "Fingertips" & all the wonderful songs he wrote while he was still a child. More talent than most humans ever dreamed possible.
0:26 wow. love how Stevie can improvise, and make a song we're all familiar with sound different.
Thank you. If you have more on Stevie Wonder kindly share.
“Stevland,” was born in Saginaw MI where he lived until age 4.

The next time I see Stevie, I'm giving him a box of Paydays!
Her clapping off-beat is making me angry.
Hey, if Stevie can laugh about it, so can you.
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
lol he had to fix it for her.
LOL, some people are born to be TV interviewers and some people are born to be great musicians
She was so salty lol
He pissed away his career for lame and trite political causes in the 1980s
And your career?
And yet here you are watching HIS videos on UA-cam.
lol pissed away his career in the 80s? lol Yeah...by winning multiple Grammy Awards & an Oscar....You're probably slurping sausage for a cigarette.
