    I liked this one although I'm used to the other 2 where it's only 10sec rest between each interval doing 2 each within a hour

      I took up boxing last year age 54. Just bought a 12 meter battle rope.

    I finally started doing them and it's pretty damn intense, but I love it. Better than doung kettle bells

    Excellent but difficult asf for me. Had to increase rest periods because I simply don't have the muscle endurance for this. Hopefully soon i'll get to 20 seconds of rest!😅

    This is a great tutorial, but my body isn't though enough to do 12 battle rope exercises on top of the rest of my workout. I'm just wondering what would be a couple ideal ones.

    My ropes keep getting tangled during use, I assume this is because the post it’s looped around is head level but I also don’t have anything low to the ground that’s sturdy enough.. oh well. Good video 👍

    UA-camrs demonstrating battle rope seem to think it a good idea to play hardrock while talking, so that their audience doesn't hear what they are actually saying. 😀

      Yeah, it seems like it's supposed to be a guided workout to go along with so the music is good to me. Not everyone's cup of tea though I'm sure.
