INGREDIENTS:
FOR THE KOFTA:
Chicken Breast= 300 gm
Black Cardamom= 2
Green Cardamom= 3
Cloves= 3
Cumin Seeds= 1 tsp
Coriander Seeds= 1 tbsp
Dry Red Chilli= 5
Salt= 1 tsp
Green Chilli= 1 tbsp
Ginger= tbsp
Onion= 2 tbsp
Gram flour= 2 tbsp
Desi Ghee= 1 tbsp
Fresh Coriander= 1 tbsp
Oil For The Fry
FOR THE GRAVY:
Oil= 1/2 cup
Cumin Seeds= 1 tsp
Cinnamon sticks= 2
Bay leaf= 2
Onion= 2
Green Chilli= 4
Ginger Garlic Paste= 1 tbsp
Deggi Mirch Powder= 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder= 1/2 tsp
Tomato Puree= 150 gm
Water= 1/2 cup
Curd= 3 tbsp
Black Pepper= 1 tsp
Garam Masala= 1 tbsp
Cumin Powder= 1 tbsp
Kasuri Methi Powder= 1/4 tsp
Coriander Powder= 2 tbsp
Salt= 1 tsp
Fresh Coriander= 1 tbsp
Water= 2 cup
Fresh Coriander=
