Black Pepper 3gms 1tsp
Ajinomoto/china salt 4gms 1tsp
Sugar 7gms 1.5tsp
Dry Mix-
All Purpose Flour 2cups
Pink Salt 20gms 3tsp
White Pepper 10gms 4tsp
Ajinomoto/China Salt 7gms 1.5tsp
Tempura Mix-
Corn Flour 1/2cup
All Purpose Flour 1/2cup
Baking Powder 4gms 1tsp
Baking Soda 2gms 1/2tsp
Eggs 2
Chilled Water 3/4cup
