Amazing videoo❤ i got 19/20, everything self-taught without any learning programs or anything. Greetings from Argentina!🇦🇷
Get in! Well done mate! Where in Argentina are you from?
@@InstantEnglishUK I've always lived in the autonomous city of buenos aires
Thank you for providing contents with practical examples, which is of great help for foreign learner like me. Otherwise, I might just be knackered rather than motivated only to find those contents myself. Cheers to constant learning!
You're very welcome!
Thanks for the lesson! You helped me a lot. I want to improve my British accent! Also, greetings from Brazil!
Portuguese has many words similar to English too. Like omnipresent - Onipresente
Lovely to have a Brazilian watching!
Thank You, i just knew the words of latin origin (french origin) because I am a Spanish native speaker
I have got 18/20 with share honesty and for your kind information you put an adjective " omnipresent" alternative for this is " ubiquitous"
Thank you for your great effort and for sharing your acknowledgement with us tutor🙏
My pleasure! Lovely to have you here
Notwithstanding the 90% score, I have never used them in social speaking. People oftenly have an ocean of vocabulary, but only use a pool of them. 😊
Great vid as always!
I'm also glad to know you're learning my mother tongue. Cheers from Brazil 🇧🇷 ❤
Amazing! CHAMA
20 out of 20.... I'm impressed by myself. Let's go to the nearest pub and the first round is on me.😂🍻
Count me in
17 of 20. But all C1 and C2 was easy. I didn´t know some from B2 level. Thank you so much for fun and learning new stuff.
Great job!
Bro your videos are really very helpful for improving english
Thank you! Where are you from?
I did it all. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

I got 18/20
Amazing video thanks
Well done!
English being my third languge, I got 16/20. I guess that's not bad.
Notwithstanding a very cool conjunction tool word. ⭐
Glad you think so!
thank you very much sir since I see your videos I have better results in English, I support you from Algeria 💗✨️
Great job!
The way I'm trying to learn British English, try to learn Portuguese from Portugal. It's harder but genuine.
I agree, the Portuguese prepositions are a big headache 😂 good luck though!
Hi u know u're the best ...btw I knew the last one and I'm so proud to learn with someone like u .... thank u
I’m proud of you’
This video by fantastic teacher is really beneficial! ❤❤❤ I got 15/20 😅
Great job!
as a portuguese (BR) speaker, articles and prepositions are tricky to understand sometimes, but in English. I mix some prepositions up and add articles when shouldn"t have, I think it's because our understanding of our own language, we tend to apply these knowleadge into another language
I think prepositions are difficult to learn in any language except your native language. They translate a way of thinking, a way of organizing relationships in space.
@@aliciamarmisa I think so, sometimes we have to disconstruct the way we think to reconstruct with other perspective
English is hard because of in, at, on.
19/20.
I wasn't familiar with the idiom at 10:05
I aced it:) I'm proud of myself 😊Thanks for your efforts!
Fantastic!
English had always been my favourite subject in school...in the nick of time before it was too late ❤
Amazing!
18/20. I failed at tackle. I started wandering about tacky, then tacky things, then tacky behaviours in tacky people and I almost lost it. But I got to put myslef together again until "knack". Words from Latin like omnipresent are aesier for us, romance languages natives.
In rugby and American football tackle is stopping the man with the ball.
I love your class, greetings from Mexico❤❤😊🇲🇽
Yay! Thank you!
Love from India ❤🇮🇳
Thanks
Brush up on
I will use it on my project
This pharsal vern is amazing
And thanks Chris for reminding us of some knowledge which became a bit rusty with time 😉
No worries!
I wish there was a German or Austrian Chris somewhere because i only remember very few words and sentences in German . My German is not rusty ,it 's rotten !!! 😂
This video was interesting, some words I don't knew. I'm from Brazil.
Amazing! Where abouts in Brazil?
@InstantEnglishUK I'm living in Minas Gerais, near São Paulo, where you made a video...
As always in English, there are many words we Italians know because of their origin from Latin or other romance languages
I really got the last one in the nick of time!
Nice!
11/20 😞
At least I didn't fail 😊
+ I avoided guessing because honestly it's unfair if I get it right with that
Thank you for the test
Any time!
Very useful and amazing tnx a lot ❤
You're welcome 😊
20/20 although my English level is b1
Legend
18/20 here but what's weird is that the ones I got wrong were neither C1 or C2 level 🤷♀️
Which ones? I’m curious
19/20 I learn knack!
Excellent!
Thanks teacher ❤❤❤
You're welcome
People tend to say my serious study behavior is quirky
Correct my English please 🙏 😊
It's funny "In the nick of time" was maybe one of the first idioms I've learned when i was still in the B1 level lol
I got em all correct expect "Notwithstanding"
Next time you will
Notwithstanding sounds very Shakespearian !!!! 😋😋
Or the name of some unknown welsh rural spot !!! 😄😄😄

Well done!!!
Oh wow🤩
Amazing job as always. I got all of them right, and this will definitely boost my confidence for my upcoming TOEFL test. By the way you've used 'friends' instead of 'French' on the screen for the example of 'brush up on'. 😅
Keep up the excellent job
Great job! Thanks
18/20😊😊😊
9:00 5/5 correct🎉
OMG- 20 out of 20
Well done
got'em all 😍😍
Well done you’
I got 17/20.
I only failed one word! Some of the difficult words are of Latin origin so I guess they are easier for a Spaniard than for an English-speaking person. For us many phrasal verbs are a nightmare to learn. 😊
I am watching your video from Hungary
..❤❤❤
Is Hungarian difficult to learn?
So cool!
I got all of them correct from B2 to C2, but I didn't get any one of the B1 level, tho lol 😅
Thanks cute sir ❤
No problem
As a Filipino, English is my 3rdish or 4thish language, and I got 19/20. I only got wrong with the word knack.
I'd love to brush up on some of my friends, regardless of any trips to Paris
Typo with the editor, sorry
@@InstantEnglishUK of course, just messing with the teacher 😋
18/20
If it's true that this means I have a wider vocabulary than most Oxford or Harvard students, my perception of those institutions just declined enormously in the past 15 minutes.
English is my third language, and I found these to be pretty easy. (I'm not great at languages, more of a numbers/stem guy, that's only got as far as highschool)
It’s called a hook, please don’t take it so literally
It’s impossible to actually be a dictionary
Would you mind if I ask you some questions in English why i could and should would we don't pronounce the letter L but in mould we pronounce it. And in English grammar if m came after it. B. It's silent but in words like number bombing and some words we pronounce it Andrew last Question Are all British people use the glottal t and are British people understanding all British accents
Way to go i could make it with flying colours i am as proud as peacock 19/20

20/20 ) My English is amazing 😅 what's pantdemic though?
I think if a person know these words it doesn't mean that his vocabulary is good and also if he doesn't know these words it doesn't matter that his vocabulary is bad
Keep going buddy!
Essential mean vital or necessary

I've got 18/20. I guess my English is a bit rusty these days. Anyway, that was a great test.
Glad you loved it and keep going! You’ll be fine 🫡
19/20. I didn't remember what knack means.
