I watched your video and understood almost 100% of it. I found your explanation clear and engaging. In conclusion, I believe I will survive in Britain!
Some people often that I does just for little bit reminds here I have been doing years later when no one watches now lot of people watching and also seeking own business but they all are selfish because see just own benfithes but i did munch saferd what they did for me during all those years
I am in my one of the most difficult phases of life, and I am fighting well. Life is too short to be counted in years, so I play on days. I will win soon. And yeah, man, you are also a hero. Love your videos! Keep growing ❤
I'm Mexican, but I love UK English (despite it being closer to US English) and my dream has always been to move to the UK. I understood a 99% your video, i just need an oportunity to fullfill my goal Thank you a lot!
Currently preparing for TOEFL. This video actually helped a lot to boost my confidence in my listening skills. Of course, there's always work to be made, but I at the very least got some hope out of here. Thanks a lot!
What a great Guy and a Great Video! Bravo Dylan and thank you for being so honest and sincere and just being yourself! Was a geat opportunity to test my knowledge and comprehension skills. And your humour is so much kinder than New Zealand humour! Thanks a lot!!!
I understood your speaking easily, not only that I could even answer the questions and notations in the comment. I give most of the credit to you. I am a regular learner from your channel. I wish you to grow more and more!
I spent a week in London. I brought books and a map of London and with the oyster card I had no problem. The museums are free and there are so many restaurants : fine 😀👍
Watching here in the Philippines..your podcast help us a lot...I have diffulties speak using English medium...but I believe I learn..licening you..thanks bro
Amazing video as well, its very good you share that have some difficult with the new vocabulary too, incentive us to keep going and never stop to learn! I really appreciate it!
I started my journey to level up my English by putting all unknown phrases and idioms into an app that uses spaced repetition algorithms to memorize the words and their translations. Before that, back in 2010th when I was a student at the university, when there were no devices and stuff I also used a notebook to write all unknown words. But with the app, it feels like it's a more effective way to memorize. Just my own experience.
That was pretty good and easily , thanks! I watch Matt Armstrong hypercar videos and these guys with his father and camara men are too difficult understand them, they short the phrases unbelievable 😂😂
It depends on what society you are generally in. I’ve been in the UK now for six months. I can confidentially say that they are mostly speaking similar to this, in my experience.
@ I have been living in Manchester for 14 years and sometimes I don’t understand. It’s true a teacher, or in the office, or people on TV like journalist, yes they talk slowly. But when you have two guys from Manchester talking to each other…even after 14 years of Manchester, I sometimes struggle and they don’t talk like you.
You speak clearly unlike most Brits 🤦, I don't know, maybe yours is the sound of educated people in the UK, you know ... like the BBC guys. I don't always understand British folk with the Cockney accent, I think the Liverpool guys too ...then we have those who pronounce "my" like mi friends, mi parents you get the drift, others just swallow the words 😅😅😅, I think it's easier understanding the non standard American accents. But great job, just discovered your channel and subscribed immediately.
I love British people because we share the same culture, they are very polite and civilized people. I met many British people in Malaysia and in France. I love to host UK people at my house in France.
look up potests in Middlesbrough, where not so much civilised people break cars and house windows of their own neighbours for fun, pretending to have a different reason
I watched your video and understood approximately 100% of your statement… but, when I am trying to see a serie or movie is hard to understand! For example, the Paranoid serie on Netflix is hard! It is very hard to understand!
From your example, I think you have lived in Thailand. 😊. Yeah,, I am familiar with the British accent that you speak. However, I found that when I lived in London, people use different accents and it was hard to understand them all..
It depends on the place of Brazil that you go because it is not everywhere that see animals walking easy in the middle of the city except cats and dogs, I am 42 years old and have never seen any exotic animals yet. I have never seen monkeys for example except on telly.
I am a new resident in the UK, but I have a hearing problem. I cannot understand people speaking quickly. Do you have a video to explain this problem? ❤
Hi, Dylan. I really enjoyed this video! But I couldn't understand the 'special kind of football game' you played in Japan nor the name of the shoes you were wearing there, which prevented you from playing as well as you usually do. This time ., you made me laugh at least five times!😅 Thank you for sharing some of your life experiences❤ I do hope you come to Argentina! 🍀🍀🍀
Hi Dylan, I understand what you said in the video, but I must say even understand what you say doesn't good enough to live in the UK. I am in Wolverhampton and I have been struggling to understand my peers at work. I could scarcely understand their small talks or jokes. I think the main discrepancy in line with the difference between the modern RP accent you speak and the local accents. E.g. people here say "box" for bus, and "wall-a" for water. I heard you omit the "t" sound either, which contradict to what we had learned water is "w-al ta". And I feel they speak so fast that even I double your speed in the play can't get in pace to the people I heard here.
I'm gonna be hosnest i didn't get ir alll video but about 95.7% i could get . I'm so happy thia video is so amazing 😍 and i will watch more time this . because the British accent it's so my difficult to my ears.
I am from from Kathmandu. I volunteer in a school nearby my home. Listening skill in my part is fear driven. Students hardly listen naturally. If I show your video on a large screen, still of no USE. These students will keep on muttering and fidgeting among themselves. In the long, they will realize about listening skill after 10 or never. Thank you.
Well I got everything on x1.5 speed apart from 3 of the words that you put in the upper left corner. The only thing I am not so confident is my grammar and writing.
I understand all you say, but I lack of speaking skill. Whenever I need to answer or to say something - my mind stutters. That's ironic actually, I've been learning English since childhood and I still cannot speak properly in my twenties. I've had foreign friends tho.
Nope!! Im spanish man, but I lived in London 5 years. This teacher speak very clear , but in the routine of the British People, its too much complicated understand
To be frank Uk would be the last place i wld want to go :) learning english is not always related to visiting or living in Uk ,,, most of the time its frequently regarding getting promoted by company you work for :))
Cheers for watching! See you next Friday for another video 💙

@@joserinconvela1103, are you british? 😂
And yet again, you can understand him because he cares to speak clearly and slowly.

Thank so much for your program
Thank you very much! 🙏🎉
thanks
Hi DYLAN...YOU ROCK MAN
Best video ever 😊❤️❤️
❤️
The problem is that nobody talk like you in the UK. When you guys start talking between each other, you use slang words and talk much much faster.
It depends on what society you are generally in. I’ve been in the UK now for six months. I can confidentially say that they are mostly speaking similar to this, in my experience.

Todo video 🔝
Hi, I'm from Santa Fe either😂
I watched your video and understood approximately 100% of your statement… but, when I am trying to see a serie or movie is hard to understand! For example, the Paranoid serie on Netflix is hard! It is very hard to understand!
😢I need to go there 😢😅😅😅❤❤❤ thanks for your teaching me 😅
Regards from Santiago of Chile!!!👋🏻
Well, I understood 100% and I'm feeling ready to go to UK, although this is not what my bank account thinks about it 😅
Thank you 🎉
Actually the most difficult words come from latin, I suppose, because they are Easy for me. I am italian by the way😊
Great video
Thank you .
Hi sir, how are you?
your class is amazing.
i learned lot of things watching your video.
i would like to invite you to my country. i am a teacher. i always follow you.
From your example, I think you have lived in Thailand. 😊. Yeah,, I am familiar with the British accent that you speak. However, I found that when I lived in London, people use different accents and it was hard to understand them all..
Thanks a lot. Which camera did you use to create this video?
Thank you, but I already feel free to come to the UK...
It depends on the place of Brazil that you go because it is not everywhere that see animals walking easy in the middle of the city except cats and dogs, I am 42 years old and have never seen any exotic animals yet. I have never seen monkeys for example except on telly.
Ah wow, thank you so much, sir. So I'm going to watch it.
British humour is the best. ❤
That's so easy
I'm ready again 😊✌️
I am a new resident in the UK, but I have a hearing problem. I cannot understand people speaking quickly. Do you have a video to explain this problem?
❤
I have the same problem. I live here but fast speaking is a barrier to me. Local dialect is not easy as well.
Hi, Dylan. I really enjoyed this video! This video good for improving listening but if you want know real listening level, try x2 speed
Jolly good
I have no intention of living in England, but of visiting England. I hope the English will accommodate me a little and speak a little slower 😅
I'm gonna be hosnest i didn't get ir alll video but about 95.7% i could get . I'm so happy thia video is so amazing 😍 and i will watch more time this . because the British accent it's so my difficult to my ears.

Could you make a video talking about films or series please?
The best english thing ever is rock and rol.
Hi.. Take love from me❤️
"You can do anything you put your mind to," is the biggest most terrible lie a parent ever told a child.
I understand all you say, but I lack of speaking skill. Whenever I need to answer or to say something - my mind stutters. That's ironic actually, I've been learning English since childhood and I still cannot speak properly in my twenties. I've had foreign friends tho.
nice bape 🎉
What's the name of that app you said you use to restrict your social media usage??!!
Opal

To be frank Uk would be the last place i wld want to go :) learning english is not always related to visiting or living in Uk ,,, most of the time its frequently regarding getting promoted by company you work for :))
You understand the southern English, you face challenges when communicating with northern English.
