When John said ‘I don’t remember, it’s been 3 years’, bruh. I lost my cat last Christmas & I remember every little detail, sitting in that stupid ER vet office - the temperature, the smells, the sounds, every nurse and doctor. I wish I didn’t remember so well. They’re so fucking guilty.

I mean gosh, there were photographs of the family with writing that looked uncannily like the alleged "kidnappers", and Patsy had no idea who wrote on the back of the pictures. John claims he didn't know she was dead until he picked her up, but Fleet White says he screamed and moaned before the light went on in the cellar.
That room used to be a coal bin & that's why it had no window & was cement rendered many years before & the Ramseys used it as a storage room, the Xmas trees were kept in there plus some other stuff. The light switch fixture was at an odd place. One had to step Inside, go to the left & the fixture was on the other side of the beam. When John did that the body under white blankets was basically in front of him. When one stepped Inside to do that, one was out of the doorway & the basement lights shone through. A test was later carried out & it was proven that John could See.

That’s incorrect information, there wasn’t an extra pair of “ long johns”, also she was strangled first . On her neck there were c - shaped marks where JB was digging into her skin with her nails trying to pull the cord off as she was being strangled . That’s in the autopsy, cannot be disputed. The head blow would of rendered her unconscious, she was not unconscious when she was strangled.
K Mac actually she was hit on the head first, then strangled about an hour later, according to information released recently.
Alicia Engel false , she was strangled first , that has been determined in the autopsy. JB had marks on her neck that were from her trying to pull the ligature off her neck - c-shaped marks from her nails. Had the blow to her head came first , she’d be completely unconscious. Autopsy also showed that she had blood vessels burst in her eyes from strangulations, something that would not have happened if she were already dead as well as no bleeding on the brain . You really need to read the the autopsy on JB as well as listen to the medical experts on her death before repeating rumors.
Alicia Engel the dna under her nails matched the dna found in her underwear in two different places . This dna belongs to an unknown male , and clears everyone in the family.
It's weird how in this interview they claim to not remember much about how the morning went but in their book they have so many details about it

Why in any interview don't they ask that question ask the question I know we was a minor so did those records have to be sealed I know through the HIPAA laws the medical records have to be sealed but couldn't they be subpoenaed and opened both children would defecating in their beds both children were wetting their beds

Burke was actually interviewed that very afternoon at about 2 p.m., when he was still there, by detective Patterson who was on the scene at the Ramsey's house that morning. Neither parent was present for that interview that was recorded, nor did they know that was happening. Burke was taken to where the parents were at their friend's house & John told him then that JB was deceased. After that interview with Dr Phil & then the abysmal fall-out after that despicable Bogus CBS show was aired in 2016, Patterson publicly stated on national TV that he’d conducted an interview with 9 year old Burke & he didn't know Anything & he was very worried that his little sister was still missing.
Burke was interviewed 10 days after the murder of his 6 year old sister, by a child service's officer, that took Hours. No lawyer or parents were with him & his parents had Allowed that interview to take place. The public have seen a few snippets of that interview, from shows on utube, the 'bits' that suit the agenda of the channels. Same in relation to the interview with a detective when Burke was 11. That went on over 2 days, no lawyer nor his parents were with him & again, his parents Allowed that interview to take place.
Then, the poor Kid received a Subpoena to appear before the grand jury & off he went to do that Also, neither parent present & NO Lawyer there Either.
N.B. - that was a black & white photo at the bottom of the page, Nobody could tell what the hell that was. Burke tried very hard to work out what he was supposed to see, eventually he said about a glass. That idiot detective kept saying pineapple, pineapple, pineapple. LOL. Burke thought that what was in the bowl may have been cereal because it looked like muck, in that photo. All items on that table were Staged by the perps, as were Lots of items all over the house. There were 18 Chunks of pineapple in that bowl. There were more than one 18s within this crime. Meyer's lucky number was 18. That bowl had the leftover icing from the kids & friends Xmas party on the 23rd, the bowl was with other bowls & containers on the table that had the lollies for the decorating of the gingerbread houses. In photos from that party, the bowl can be seen. Patsy bought a large bag of icing. That big heavy bowl was kept in a top cupboard in the kitchen. From whatever tabloid, book or utube show, people now say that pineapple & milk was Burke & JB's favourite. LOL. It was Not. Forensic science Proved that JB did Not eat Any of that pineapple. BTW - pineapple is Acidic, it would Curdle friggin Milk.
Burke had just turned 7 when he Accidentally hit JB with a toy golf club from a Backswing, it clocked her on the top of the cheekbone, he cried about it for a week. Nothing Else. The ever changing faeces Stories are Not true.
He was Asked what he thought happened to his little sister. He was friends with the White’s kids & the Stine’s kids who obviously were Not told the Details about all that happened to their little friend. As Kids, just like adults, they Speculate & they Overhear adults talking.
The announcement through the media at the time was the True cause of death, Asphyxiation. The family were later told there was damage to the child’s skull. Both gross & Separate fractures were just After her death. As per, the hierarchy within the police do Not release all information, even to their own cops. The Fact is that the 1st fracture was Open front to back & nearly the length of the skull, the 2nd was a hole, the skull piece being split in 2 & inside. This total BS about a ‘bonk on the head’ grew legs because of Steve Thomas & his loon book of BS, that’s Why he was sued & then James Kolar did one better & said Burke did the head bonk. Thomas the twit was about to be fired for his despicable scenario & Kolar the clown Was fired for his rot with the added on BS coming from Jim Clemente in 2016.
Why do tabloids print sensational headlines whether true or false? $$$. Why do 'authors' put a book together based on the same information from the magazines & TV shows? $$$.
In the U.S., for the past 2 years, newscasts & talk shows have been getting out the info about the DNA again but they don't go into enough detail, too scared to be mobbed I presume. I see on utube, an explosion of podcasters pumping out shows since that time frame. They pump out the Same false & misleading information over & over again like well trained monkeys & many make up more garbage to keep all the Ramsey bashers entertained & Excited to be fired up.
DNA is Science & science doesn’t lie. What I notice, is that only the Ramsey bashers Ignore that Scientific evidence. Of course, like soo much of the other Truth around this case, people have cherry picked what they choose to believe but at the same time, the Facts about the DNA are not detailed enough, thorough - being from the 1st week, unknown male DNA mixed with JB's DNA, under both of her pinkie fingernails. That was just the First results & it’s Known - Two unknown male DNA, several places on JB’s person. The DNA from one has been in CODIS since 2003.
People don't realise that the cops do Not release the Case Evidence to the media & so, the public have No Idea what the Actual evidence of perpetrators in the house Is, nor do the public know all that Really happened to JB.
People need to understand that this crime for money & revenge was very, Very well Planned. Everything was set up to incriminate all Ramseys if they called the cops. Just to clarify, there were Two severe skull fractures that occurred just after JB was strangled to death. Both were Precise & also pre-planned if the cops were called & so, all 3 weapons were at hand. That flashlight was Never a weapon used & did Not belong to the Ramseys. All the Stories about Burke, pineapple & the flashlight grew legs After that Bogus CBS show went to air in 2016. Lots of people Chose to believe that utter Nonsense because they’re not very Bright.
FYI - Burke was Never even a suspect & that’s Why, within the Multitude of TV shows before 2016, he was never mentioned because the journos & presenters had No reason/cause to talk about him.
I’ve watched this video numerous times and in my opinion it’s the most telling interview out there.
I love how they seem to know everything about everything until it comes to the details of that day, the autopsy report and the terms of the interviews. Then they suddenly forget everything.

And speaking like they would talk about stolen tv. No emotions, no tears just cold and speaking all around the topic. Their interviews reveal a lot.

@No One Yes!!! This theory just occurred to me!! John could probably tell that it was a mortal head wound. He had been in the Navy, and I am sure they must teach all military how to recognize mortal wounds, because it might make a difference of whether or not to leave your comrade behind in battle.
I feel like they panicked, were afraid to take her to the hospital for fear of they or Burke being arrested. I feel John took complete, intimidating control of the situation, and dictated the rest of the events which occurred from there. I get this sad, mournful feeling from Patsy in interviews. I believe she was forced to play along.

Read about attorneys advising their clients about things like lie detectors. Any good attorney will advise against it.
In relation to one of their interviews down the track - the convo is about the Boulder PD who were insisting that the lie detector testing be carried out by the FBI. Patsy is talking about 2 guys who had been sourced & who were experts in the field of polygraph testing - Gelb, who had conducted 30,000 tests in the course of 30 years & had Trained agents in the FBI & others in the Department of Defence. The BPD rejected his offer to conduct the tests. Keiffer - the Chairman of the American Polygraph Association - the BPD also rejected His offer to conduct the tests. The BPD were insisting on Their choice of an FBI guy. John & Patsy had offered to take polygraph tests way back at the very beginning & the Proof of that is in their police interviews of April '97. The lousy cops ignored that offer & it was never mentioned again. The Boulder PD had already Proven for Years that they could Not be trusted & had refused help from the FBI on day two & went on to use 7-8 investigators who had Zero experience with Any murder case, Ever. How would You like them apples?
The Ramseys & their Lawyers also had just cause to not trust the local FBI already since day One & so ... . BTW - what people do under such abysmal circumstances is actually for them to know being Their business that you & your like umm, know Nothing About. The Ramseys wanted the results of their polygraphs Announced to the public, the BPD had that stipulation removed from the paperwork. Those lying ever Deceitful cops did Not want the world to know that the Ramseys Passed polygraph tests. Simple as that. The testing went ahead eventually & they Passed their polygraph tests which took 2-3 hours each - 'No Deception'. Another Expert did oversee those results - Clive Baxter from the CIA. *The official police response - "The findings of the tests are not valid as they were not conducted by the FBI." Typical sore loser shit from the totally Inept simpletons from the Boulder PD.
Here's something Else that you people Fail to think about - due the ongoing investigation that Never Ended, the Ramseys nor anyone else could Speak Up, only about certain aspects that had been in the media & so, already in the public domain. Due to the Fact that they knew very little about the actual evidence, they were in the dark about, just about Everything. One example within This interview - Thomas spoke about the underpants & Patsy presumed he was talking about the ones that she last saw her child wearing when she put the long-johns on her still asleep. Patsy & John had No Idea that the perpetrators had got one pair of the size 12-14 underpants out of the brand new pack of 7 that had been put in the back of JB's vanity drawer in her bathroom, til she was big enough to wear them. So, Thomas was being his usual highly Deceitful self to those Parents in regards to what he was Actually Talking About. And BTW - it is a Fact that JB never wet the bed that night Anyway.
I don’t know how John contained himself having to sit there with that mongrel who was Lying so much, he kept bopping up & down on his seat because he was nothing but a caught-in-the-act Criminal.
FYI - the big underpants JB was found in were put on her in the early hours. Patsy, her sister, their mother & JB went to New York Xmas shopping. Patsy bought her niece a pack of 7 underpants from Bloomingdales that were called Bloomies. They were size 12-14 & had the weekdays on the waistbands. Patsy also bought from there 2 special Barbie dolls for JB. One had her own pair of underpants also called Bloomies. JB begged her mother for the pack of 7 so she had some like her doll. Patsy gave in & they were put away for JB til she would fit into them, about 8 years away. They were put in the back of a drawer in JB's bathroom. When they got home JB went to see her dog at the Barnhills & told them about her special presents. Glenn Meyer was ever listening. JB was found in the ones that had Wednesday on the waistband. It was a Wednesday that year for Xmas Day.
NOBODY would try to disguise their handwriting - by Handwriting 3 pages of 365 words & numbers as a ransom note plus use their Own notepad & use their Own marker & then put both of those items near the phone For The COPS. There is something seriously Wrong with all those who believe Patsy did That! More than one Incompetent cop had moron syndrome so this case was Never going to be solved..
The 2nd Commander put in charge of the BPD by the name of Mark Beckner, was put in place in December 1997. He eventually found some integrity & publicly stated in 2015, words to the effect - “when the owner of the DNA is found, there’s your killer”.

Last December a cold case team were put together by the Colorado Bureau of Investigation & they’re on the job. They also have the go-ahead to have both intruders DNA reanalysed with the advanced technology & can have untested evidence items from the BPD’s dungeon, to be analysed with same. The FBI are involved with this investigation, finally.
One can only hope that this cold case team will have Integrity. And, that none will be after a book deal like certain officers from before, who are Totally responsible for every single Unfounded accusation against all Ramsey family members that goes on & on still to this day for No sound reason At All.
The government are Not spending Loads of $$ going after the Proven INNOCENT Ramseys.

@@bethryan9077 I can understand that they might not remember every detail, because it was busy that day. I mean, they called everyone they ever knew to come over. Even though the note clearly said they were being watched, and not to call anyone. So right away, they went against what the note said, and then, they didn't even act concerned, when the time for the call was supposed to come in. That time came and went, and no one seemed to notice. These people are guilty of covering up a crime, and tampering with evidence. And who are they going to cover for? Burke, their son.

5:40 Patsy separates herself from what she is describing that morning she found the note; she says, “You don’t know what to do” rather than “I didn’t know what to do”. This suggests that she’s either disassociating (too painful) or unable to recall an accurate, firsthand reaction to an event as it happened because it is untrue.

That DNA did Match the DNA from under JB's pinkie fingernails & the DNA from 2 places on the waistband of the long-johns, inside & outside there, being pulled up/down. As of the results in 2016 with advanced forensics - the 2nd unknown male's DNA, also on the long-johns & he is hispanic.
The cold case team also have the go-ahead to have both perps’ DNA reanalysed with the advanced technology & can have untested evidence items from the BPD’s dungeon, to be analysed with same. The FBI are involved with this investigation, finally.

Within a couple of days of the murder, while the Ramseys were in total shock and heavily sedated, and Patsy unable to even do basic human functions without assistance, John's friend found out that they were being targeted by the narcs at the Boulder PD who were running the investigation. Instead of weighing down John further with the details, he asked John if he could do what he needed to do on his behalf. John, who was barely functional for weeks after his daughters murder, agreed without even knowing what he was agreeing to. And John's friend was correct in what he did.

Note that the DNA excluded them, too. They are unquestionably innocent, as per every piece of available evidence. The search continues to identify the killer or killers. And hopefully, now that public-sourced genetic genealogy has entered picture, this case can be solved sooner rather than later. No one wishes it more than does John Ramsey, who has pushed for years for the latest scientific developments to be used in order to finally arrest his daughter's killer.

The Boulder PD hired 2 private handwriting analysts & they also took the note to the Secret Service for 2 of Their experts, all 4 said NO Ramsey wrote the note. The Ramsey’s attorneys also hired 2 of the best in the country & both said the same. A few of the letters had the formation Similar to the formation of Some of Patsy’s letters because that’s how it was SET UP To BE. The letter formations were Not the only aspect that told the Real experts that NO Ramsey was involved in the writing of that Ridiculous note. And, the public have Never SEEN Patsy’s actual writing.
From the 1st week of 1997 til 2007, DNA testing was done at 3 separate labs. Within the 1st Two Weeks, the results of DNA testing were back - from under both of JB’s pinkie fingernails - Unknown male DNA, mixed with JonBenet’s DNA. Steve Thomas & his cronies kept this vital result from the DA for 7 months & so of course, the public too. The same Steve Thomas who had Never worked a murder case before but later went on to Pretend that he was lead detective & he still does. Two spots of blood were in the underpants but that was Never tested. Steve Thomas got around the office constantly talking about the book he was going to write. It wasn’t until the grand jury were to convene when the Ramsey’s attorneys found out about the 2 spots of blood & the DA finally ordered that to be tested. The blood was JBs plus Unknown male DNA being saliva mixed in one spot of the blood. This DNA from an unknown male wasn’t developed enough for CODIS at that stage. Desperate Thomas worked Very hard to keep the Fact that there was now Two lots of Unknown male DNA evidence, from the media & so from the public domain.
The BPD were ‘leaking’ false & misleading information to the media from the very beginning & the frenzy continued. Eventually the BPD were made to Publicly apologise for doing this to the family but This Fact has been forgotten/not known about by the general public. The BPD’s cops Should have found JB early that morning, though a Search for her was never carried out as it was a Ransom note. Three officers were tasked with checking entry & exit points, yet failed to pull open the cellar door & go in there & they failed to go through the train room door also, thinking it was a cupboard door, they by-passed it. Two of them went around the exterior at separate times early that morning, one with a flashlight. Both failed to see those windows under the grate where one was clearly broken at the top section, being a gaping hole. That broken window was Not where the perps got in the house, but That is Not the point.
*Only America & one other country still has a stupid grand jury system. It is unfair, unjust & doesn't work. The jurors only hear from the prosecution, who get to pick & choose what evidence is presented & which witnesses appear. There is no judge, no defence lawyers & unless subpoenaed by the prosecution - No experts to rebut Whatever is presented. As a consequence, the jury vote on the side of the prosecution 98.6% of the time. And the BPD withheld a great deal of vital evidence. FYI - the vote was Not for murder. Unlike the jury, the general public & the media, the DA actually Saw all the evidence known about at that time as did Lou Smit, one of the best investigators in the country. Less than half the States, still have this abysmal grand jury system. The DNA alone Proved just how Wrong the jury Were. The jurors were Conned into believing Patsy wrote that Ridiculous note, that’s All.*

He garnered money from the public for his defence but come time for court, he refused to get on the stand to back his ‘Story’. Very few know about a libel case in 2003 - Wolfe vs Ramsey, where Federal Court Judge Carnes got to go over the evidence known about at that stage. Carnes declared the Ramseys factually innocent due to the 'Abundance of evidence that pointed to an intruder'. All can read that 93 page document online. She also had quite a bit to say about Steve Thomas in relation to his role as a police officer & about some of the BS in his book. She was particularly incensed about him stating a time of death for JB when he was not a doctor nor a pathologist. He made up a time of death to suit his own agenda & for that book, being for, his own financial gain. Carnes was also quite scathing in relation to Cina Wong who tried to present evidence about that note when Wong had no qualifications to call herself a writing analyst let alone an expert & she never had the original copy of the note. There was No basis for that case to go forward to trial so Wolfe lost. John Ramsey spent all his money on lawyers and investigators, until he had no more money, and they continued to work for him pro bono because they believe in him so strongly. After Patsy died, John Ramsey was actually living in a double-wide trailer for some time. No, he certainly did not make money on this. The only reason this case has not been solved is because the Boulder Police refuses to pass it on to a reputable agency - Denver Homicide, Colorado Police, FBI, anyone - who would then use familial DNA to solve the case. The Boulder PD knows quite well that once the perpetrator is identified that the Boulder PD will be exposed as the clowns that they are. John Ramsey has begged the Boulder PD to pass on the case to any professional group with the determination and resources to resolve it, but Boulder PD won't do it. John has said that he wants to be alive when the monster is finally caught, but the children running Boulder PD couldn't care less. For shame.

He later said that his little girl went missing x long before this event & after searching everywhere she was found under her bed. So his story went. He was interviewed more than once about his actions for the morning of the 26th & at his own house as well & he was losing it by the time they all travelled to Atlanta for the funeral, where he carried a gun. There was an incident at Patsy's parent's house because he wasn't coping. He was interviewed 17 times in total & went to the governor eventually to demand that a grand jury be convened to save his own ass. Even when he & John went down the basement at 1 p.m., Fleet never said anything about having been down the basement already. He later told the cops that when he was down there, he had flipped the latch down from above & pulled open the cellar door but it was pitch dark, he couldn't find the light switch & walked away. Being a coal bin/cellar originally, that cement room had no windows & the light fixture was in an odd place, one had to step inside, go left for x many steps & it was on the other side of a beam about half way down. 3 cops were down the basement early that morning at Different times. French couldn’t flip the latch down that was at the top of the cellar door so he walked away. Reichenbach pulled the door knob, it had a bit of give he said, he walked away. So, for this reason alone, made what Fleet said later, Very suspicious. Weiss was down there taking photos. Fleet nor any cops went through the train room door either & so to those windows in the craft’s room where one was broken. The perps did Not enter or exit through that window, but that is Not the point. The BPD have always kept That fact hidden from the public also - their cops didn’t know about those windows in the basement at all & Nobody was looking for JB, they were tasked to check entry & exit points. It wasn't til that evening when the cops went back that they saw the broken window & that's Why the 'famous' photo of the open window was taken in the Night. John was also down the basement before 8 that morning because he knew someone could get in that window as he done in the summer when he locked himself out of the house. He had broken that window, reached in to unlock it & then got through there, as he had done before. Those windows couldn't be obviously seen from ground level & that one was the cheapest to fix. The morning of the 26th, he saw the broken window was open a fraction & he locked it. He saw the suitcase against the wall under the window & thought that was odd because he had put it in the cupboard under the stairs down there a while before Xmas & said he was sure it was empty. He had to get back upstairs in case the call came in, 8-10, though the note said Tomorrow. He knew at least one cop had been down the basement & presumed he had checked out that window. When he first went to go in the train room door, there was a chair-stool against the door & a few things next to it, also against the door. He moved the chair to the side & went through. When he came out, he put the chair back as it was. The broken window & the suitcase being where he saw it was bothering him in those hours waiting but he Thought the cops Knew. Like most people, one trusts that the cops know what they're doing but he was to find out later that no cop had seen those windows & so the broken one, even when going around the outside with a flashlight. When Fleet told John that Arndt had said for them to go look around for anything out of place, John took Fleet to show him that window & he told him how he had broken it ages before & why. They were on the floor looking for any glass at all. They had checked the 2 cupboards in that co-joined room first. John noticed fresh paint off the keyhole of the one that used to be an elevator. That was a self locking door & if someone got in there & shut it they couldn't get out. Many days later, the inside of the door was found to have been damaged, being 2 splits down the inside of it that wasn't like that before. The basement had been painted about 1 year previously. When John got up off the floor to walk out of the craft's room, Fleet moved the suitcase away from the wall & found one tiny piece of glass there & put it on top of the suitcase. That's Why the suitcase was in That position, re; the photo. John didn't see Fleet do that. When they went to enter the train room door, the chair was to the side in the hall & a small table was against the door with an Easter basket on top of it & a few other things, so gear was still blocking the door. The broken window was wide open. The Facts Are - the perps put the chair & items against the train room door to block it & the cops thought it was a cupboard & walked past it. When the cops left, the perps went back into that room & one scooted up to try & see where the cops were on that side of the house. He dropped the truckies' mirror that they used for seeing around corners & that can be seen in crime scene photos, against the wall under the window. Because the cops’ video footage was done in the night, the camera had the light on at the front & the round glass object there is shining. The perps were exiting the train room door & they moved the chair to the hall & put the table against the door with the basket & stuff on top & other things either side, so it was still blocked. The moving of the chair & table served the purpose. The reason why the cops couldn't flip the latch down - the perps had a device to hold the latch in place. The items used were picked up by the crime scene techs but it wasn't known Then what those items were about. From what John noticed that morning & at 1 p.m. & from what he was told later, he tried to tell the cops that someone must have been in the basement when the cops were down there, he was ignored, he was Right. The perps had already placed & moved Many things in the basement & all over the house. This led to a blame game, like a 3-ringed circus, in relation to Fleet, the housekeeper & both of them attributing some of the factors, back to the Ramseys. One needs to know that cops ask questions, they don't say Why a question is asked & they don't get back to that person with any resolution about Whatever, so all parties were kept in the dark & so, forever suspicious of each other. Patsy & John did Not believe Fleet was involved but they had questions due to Fleet’s behaviour, up to & including in Atlanta & even after that. It was the Whites who stopped talking to the Ramseys, not the other way around. I feel very sorry for the White family also, they were caught up in the whole fiasco with cops who were not only totally incompetent for this very complex case, they were ever deceitful to cover up all that they did & Didn't do that morning & so, the BS began with false & misleading information being leaked to the media & the cops hiding evidence of an intruder, including the DNA from one, that was under JB’s fingernails & this Fact was kept Hidden from the public as well as from the DA for 7 months. Subsequently, further results over the years as forensic science advanced, a second male perp & in total, several places on JB’s person, so, the DNA from both child killers, skin cells, saliva & touch. In his interview with Lou Smith, John's associated (also named John) collected the money, but didn't bring it to the house. The police were making copies of all the bills. So yes, the money was arranged but by the time it was ready the body had already been found.
How anybody could watch this and not see that the father, John Ramsey, is obviously guilty is beyond me. Just look how he took the lead in this interview and orchestrated the subsequent media tour. He’s a master manipulator. This is one of the most revealing interviews that they ever gave. I’m not convinced at all that Patsy is involved, but I do think it is possible that she was part of the coverup to some degree. But John is the killer. He has always come across as cold and sociopathic.

Why has this never been solved. I'll tell you why they discharged them of all culpability over DNA that was deemed to be from multiple people and is not enough to clear anyone. Nobody has ever been identified by that DNA and if they were a predator something would have come from it. I'm not saying the parents or the brother did it. I'm just saying this case was mishandled, jonbenet might never get justice the chances are slim to none anyways and the parents are just too angry and defensive for my taste. If anyone killed my child I wouldnt lawyer up I would do ANYTHING to help.

The housekeeper told investigators she was terrified for Jon Benet Ramsey. She felt something awful would happen to her because the parents allowed her to run around and ride her bike unsupervised all around the neighborhood. I NEVER allowed my kids to run around our neighborhood at that age, they were MUCH older when they were allowed to be outside unsupervised. Patsy wrote that note. I'm not trained in handwriting styles, but I have eyes and that writing is HER's.
I read somewhere that Jonbenet would go play with the neighborhood kids for hours and somewhere said something like "she left at 1 and came back at 4" but she's 6!!! No one was watching these kids?
Let’s remember this was the 90’s. Children of the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s played outside, and these neighborhoods were considered to be safe. I believe Burke (accidentally, but with much aggression) hit her hard enough to knock her deeply unconscious. Patsy probably wanted to take her to the hospital, but John probably said there was nothing they could do at the hospital, they would probably put her on life support, or they may have declared her brain dead.
He (and maybe she), was afraid that they and/or Burke would be arrested, or labelled child abusers, it would destroy their image, his billion dollar business, etc.
I feel like John methodically took charge, and forcefully decided how things were going to be done. I believe he coerced Patsy into writing the note, and told her what to write. He probably told her they HAD to do the strangulation to put JonBenet out of her suffering, as well as attempt to throw any potential suspicion off of them.
I know what you mean about the sexual abuse. I don't really know what the exact truth is on the extent of prior sexual abuse, according to the autopsy. It seems to say she just had an abrasion inside her vagina, that may have caused but an end of the paintbrush. Not actually penetrating her with a finger or more, but just enough to raise suspicion. It is a horrible thought, if that is what he did. He probably hated to, but I could see him rationalizing, because she was already dead, or almost. If he did, that is probably why he used a thin paintbrush, as he may have wanted to hurt her as little as possible. But, anything to help the narrative, I am sure he thought. He probably felt they had already reached the point of no return. But, for a father to be able to do that to his dead baby girl is incomprehensible and unreal...if that is what happened.
His stern determination to control the narrative at all costs, is probably the chilling look he gave Linda Ardnt. As if he was telling her non-verbally, do not try to cross me. 😡
There is some reason why he and Patsy each got their own lawyers, and did not console or comfort one another at all the morning of December 26th. I believe it is because Patsy was forced to go along with his plan. He could have even threatened HER life. 😳
I feel she loved those kids more than anything, and they were her world. John...not so much maybe? Not deeply, anyway. She was his trophy wife and the kids were just an expendable extension.
I feel John probably told her to act as emotionless as possible in I interviews, so their poker faces would not give them away. However, Patsy still had moments when her true emotions couldn't help but poke through. For instance, in their interview with Barbara Walters, she really teared up at the memory of her emotions in that horrible moment of finding JonBenet, and her voice really shook and quivered. She was describing how she begged for her dead daughter to be healed. She also looked so incredibly sad and dejected in that same interview, while John was spinning his stories. Like she was so over it all, but couldn't tell the truth.
There was no way he was going to let them be investigated. A grand jury reviewed a tone of evidence and even visited the house. They voted to indict them.
But, the DA refused to charge them. Another DA exonerated them without sufficient evidence, and a third DNA said it is too "dangerous" to evaluate under new technology?!?!! 🤨 Huh!?!!!?? Dangerous? For whom? 🤔
I believe John lost his fortune to pay off certain people. I believe there is a lot more going on underneath, that can't even be mentioned here. The DAs are probably covering themselves, as much as they are covering John and Burke.
There is some reason so many detectives have quit the case out of frustration, and not being able to expose the truth and corruption.
