@Mary. Yes, I believe you. Patsy could put on a front easily. I suppose it shows her strength of character, especially just recently overcoming cancer. I sort of feel sorry for them for what they went through, but at the same time feel very uneasy.
Spot on and the thing that gets me every single time Nick. It is so incredibly rare to have a grand jury make a decision to indict and not have the DA move forward. Pageantry. Wow. Yes the sum of all of it. JBR never had a chance as she was cast in a role from the outset. I suppose Burke’s decisions could be seen as a strange valiant effort at rebellion at being cast as the mere manger.
Why? Their hands are tied. The crime scene was so severely contaminated that all they'd be able to present were good guesses. And Linda Arndt did them no favors by going in swinging. The case was a mess from the start; the perpetrator(s) saw to that.
My first question is how does a parent or parents leave the state where their child was murdered The next day to go to Atlanta Georgia? If they were truly innocent and Burke was truly innocent wouldn't they have stuck around and pushed the cops to find out who killed their child? I truly do not understand these people. My opinion is still that Burke probably accidentally killed his sister out of anger and Mom and Dad covered it up. John's first daughter from his first marriage had died like a year earlier in a car accident. Now his creepy son who wiped feces all over JonBenet's toys and bed and everywhere hits JonBenet in the head with that mag flashlight cracks are skull and they bury that to save him. Makes sense to people who want to get away with crime to children dead one going into a mental institute All three gone they had to protect Burke.
Pretty sure Nick brought this to our attention before but even the way Patsy took the name Bennet & turned it into 'benét' is another example of the pageantry she liked to front. To me anyway.

The "small foreign faction" a.k.a the Ramseys got away with it. But there's still a very small as in a small foreign faction kinda of way for John to cough up the truth. Doubtful but you never know.
The law enforcement officers who state that, on a consistent basis, believe that to be true and tend to get tunnel vision. Basivally, they're playing the percentages...instead of following the facts
He said not sufficient evidence to indict any one individual. So I take it as there’s obviously tons of evidence, but none of it points in the direction of one specific person… too many suspects.
Charges were not brought against the Ramseys at that point because He knew that if they tried to put a case together at that point and time they wouldn't win. He was probably hoping and praying in time with advancements in science that evidence would maybe hint more toward the person or be able to confirm who did it. He didn't want double jeopardy to be an issue.
@@nottthereyet4872 I agree they may not have. However, I believe he would have wanted it to be wide open for anything that could be found out and proved at a later date. He figured any justice for her was better than none.

Everyone uses it at one time or another-in my house it gets moved around quite a bit -think about it -the flashlight has no finger prints ?? Not even from the person who set it there on the table ??? I find it kind of odd -

Good analysis! "Disregard" was probably the term Patsy's lawyer told HER back in 1997 so she was just repeating the grand jury's conclusion - the way she heard about it. I think its interesting that Patsy and John had separate lawyers - in the beginning (1997) - and since they were married - neither could be compelled to testify against the other. If you read the grand jury's recommendation - I think this may fit. The DA felt he could not get either Patsy or John to testify against the other.
They did DNA testing, but there was no connection to any males in the family. I believe at the time, taking DNA samples from all inmates was not done. Also, there wasn’t a national DNA database of cminmstes’ DNA. And there were not publicly available DNA testing kits like 23 and Me. Now they could use genetic genealogy, but the county, which has possession of the evidence, has chosen not to do this as it is expensive. John Ramsey has said he would like for such testing to happen.
The semen was near the body on a blanket, they did test it, it was too small to make a full match but was consistent with John Ramsey. And other testing was done as the lady above says
I hard det. arndt in a interview she told john ramsey to search the house from top to bottom and he went right down to the basement and straight to the body, He knows what happened.
When you see powerful people protecting powerful people, you can bet the story runs deep. Wouldn't surprise me if the Ramseys were involved in some next level stuff.
"Life is but a stage and we are merely players" - Shakespeare. You get the impression Patsy takes this very seriously, with all the examples of pageantry. "Disregarded it" is a telling use of words, no mention of innocence. Hunter's speech is interesting too he clearly says that he and his unit made the decision to dismiss the case regardless of the findings of the grand jury, His previous few sentences were just muddying the water.
I truly believe that John Ramsey paid a pretty price to not be indicted. If a Grand Jury has to take 13 months to decide whether or not to indict someone, then they need to be indicted! And then on the Larry King Live show, to say that "they just threw it out" trying to veer the audience to think that someone else is being indicted. She's pretending that she's frustrated that they didn't go ahead with the indictment, but it's the indictment of her.
Except for JonBenet, EVERYONE in that family was sick. I think I know who did it and they hit the child with a golf club a year early. They were just covering up for what and who did it.
Everything is matter of fact with Patsy. The way she lays her palms down, it’s like she’s factuating (did I just invent a new word?) and getting her sentences correctly said from like a pre-agreed page 🧐
Here is my theory cobbled from other sources. Jon benet had prior digital penetration. She was bed wetting, but this stopped for several months and only resumed in full force around a week before her death. Patsy may not have suspected until then. I think patsy walked in on John being inappropriate with JB. I think patsy swung the flashlight and accidentally hit JB instead. The shape of the injury, while hard enough to leave a literal depression of the flashlight in her skull, didn’t split the skin with bleeding. This might be due to JB being under a blanket. Again, just a theory as we will never truly know, but I think the evidence that was available supports this. The burke theory would work except it doesn’t really explain the parent’s excessive staging. But covering up sexual abuse does, with their money if it had been only Burke you would still call 911. If it was only patsy, John could divorce and distance himself and I think he would have. No, I lean towards John, and patsy standing by him. But I think patsy struck JB.
One of the least repeated but rarely repeated pieces of information the medical examiner released was that Jon-Benet was abused for years(he didn’t mean she was hit). This gives both motive and a mind set for Jon.
burke was the only one with motive, he was angry jealous of his sister, he hit her too hard on the head with that big flashlight, and when she collapsed, he either dragged her himself into the basement, or ran to tell his parents, who then placed her in the basement, knowing she could not b revived, then they stayed up all night, planning how to cover it up, put burke back to bed. then in the morning they called all their friends, who tromped everywhere, contaminating the crime scene like they planned it.
Nick l am against a cashless society . I don't have any way to pay you for your work . No plastic cards in my my finances sorry . Just thought I would make mention of that to you ..
I believe they covered up for Burke! His jealousy and anger got triggered by her taking some of his food! That's my opinion from everything I've seen. Money talks as far as the investigation.

@Mary. Yes, I believe you. Patsy could put on a front easily. I suppose it shows her strength of character, especially just recently overcoming cancer. I sort of feel sorry for them for what they went through, but at the same time feel very uneasy.
Thank you Nick, your work is fantastic & is worth a lot more than what I just sent you. I should be able to send more when I get my 2nd job…
Thanks again!
I am convinced the Boulder Police Department is covering up this crime, hiding someone’s identity.
Why? Their hands are tied. The crime scene was so severely contaminated that all they'd be able to present were good guesses. And Linda Arndt did them no favors by going in swinging. The case was a mess from the start; the perpetrator(s) saw to that.
Yes, hiding the pay offs.
@@SouthernGIGI What's the evidence for that though?
Why would they do that? Police usually want to solve crimes, and they did a ton of work on this one. Whose identity?
Thanks!
John still had is eldest son, but Patsy would have been virtually childless.
@@justjosie8963 agreed sorry I forgot about the older son 😊
Pretty sure Nick brought this to our attention before but even the way Patsy took the name Bennet & turned it into 'benét' is another example of the pageantry she liked to front. To me anyway.
These two are so busy defending their guilt that Jon Benet is not even a priority.
It looks like Patsy did write the ransom note. So many of letters she wrote in the sample, are exactly the same as the ransom note..
The ramson letter was the exact amount of money that her husband was getting for Christmas bonus. Hmmm
@@sharongodino Not the exact amount.
Yess, Nick, it's sooo weird. Nothing about the grand jury. Nothing. Weird.
Thanks again for your good work. This case keeps bringing up questions. Whil maybe the solution is there in our face. We all know...
What AH did is unforgivable, and it gave those two the unearned confidence to spout off and sue from then on.
Iits no wonder Steve Thomas resigned in discuss.
@@kellyjacquin715 Right.
Thanks! You are appreciated 😊
Thank you too!
As far as parents go, they are just the worst, but with money. It's horrible what they were doing to this child, turning her into a pedophile's dream. What the hell is wrong with our society? "The Death of Innocence"? While this child was still alive and well, they were killing her innocence. This is some sick child abuse!
I concur!
196k subscribers, over 6000 views, if everyone showed there thanks, by just giving 1.99, Mr. VanDerLeek could go above and beyound to solve this case that we are so obsessed with. Thats less then a cup of coffee. Show your thanks, if you are at all able. He deserves it more than most! You know the ones that cant even pronounce JonBenets name, or say attach'e. I believe he will be the one to solve this case. No pressure, but who else has dug so deeply?
Thankyou to all that has given their thanks. ❤
Terrific video 👏
Thanks. Love your channel!
Thanks!

There is sufficient evidence.
There is no getting around the million word note written inside the house by Patsy. Case closed. You can hire as many professionals as you want to lie and say it wasn’t your handwriting, but there is no getting around it. She already passed away so I guess it doesn’t matter.
Thanks! ❤ 🚀🚀🚀
No problem!
WOW!! I learn so much from you and look forward to your informative videos. This one is especially eye-opening to me. Additionally, I noticed that the black and white head shot of a younger Patsy looks exactly like WENDI ADELSON!! Creepy
The "small foreign faction" a.k.a the Ramseys got away with it. But there's still a very small as in a small foreign faction kinda of way for John to cough up the truth. Doubtful but you never know.
Who were they trying to blame it on? Russia? North Korea?

It is so hard to accept that this child's murder was covered up by the two people responsible for loving her
It happens so often it's statistically more likely to be the immediate family
So, so , so much like the Madeleine McCann case. Both sets of parents were involved or knew more facts about the death of their little girls---that they hid with grandiose gestures and a LOT of media presentation- rather than REALLY cooperating with LE. Uncanny echoes of the Portugal case.
Danke!

Does she ever stop that aggressive
head swiveling? That inappropriate smiling the two of them do..🤬
Hear that slap on the desk table? Yep that could be a face
The title of their book is quite telling. The death of JB's innocence.. hmm..
That's not the title. It's The Death of Innocence.
This is excellent -Thank you so much -🙏🏽 I had a thought -I keep coming back to the JB head wound ( that the flashlight may have been used as the weapon that took her life) I remember not sure where I heard -that the flashlight had been wiped clean -the batteries were wiped clean -Now what flashlight does anyone have that does not have all kinds finger prints on it ??

You’re RIGHT . THIS WAS PHENOMENAL.👍🏼
wasn't there semen on her underware? And if so can't they do dna testing? And weren't the Rameys all checked out and found innocent?
The child was passed around and that day the party went too far.
I hard det. arndt in a interview she told john ramsey to search the house from top to bottom and he went right down to the basement and straight to the body, He knows what happened.
I would like to hear from the people on the grand jury. I'd like to know what they think.
i dont know who killed JB but i do know by analysing the randsome note that patsy wrote it.
Id watch any video recommend just for the intro song 🤷👍👍👍now back to the video ❣️
the biggest mystery to me is not who wrote the ransom note but why Patsy was a beauty queen! She has a moustache! This mystery is blowing my mind.
He couldn’t get a conviction he didn’t want it to look bad on his record. That is how it’s done now.
There is information the public will never know about this case and justice will never be served sadly
But there is so much information we do know.
Rxcellent information, tbank you!
Imagine if Patsy was sitting in a swivel chair when she and John were on CNN.
If this would have happened today the parents would have been arrested amd changed
I think they knew they were indicted. Then the back room desks were done
I think Hunter took $$$$
Except for JonBenet, EVERYONE in that family was sick. I think I know who did it and they hit the child with a golf club a year early. They were just covering up for what and who did it.
On a separate note, JonBenéts bed looks nore slept in than Maddie's.
In my opinion, the Ramsays are not Jon Benets' killers, I'd be very shocked if they were
One of the least repeated but rarely repeated pieces of information the medical examiner released was that Jon-Benet was abused for years(he didn’t mean she was hit).
This gives both motive and a mind set for Jon.
Maybe Patsy was actually pissed that John and his friends weren't getting caught ?? Just a thought
Caught for what? Did I miss something 😕
No, she wasn't p!ssed, her joyful body language gavr her away. Her words did not match her actions.
@@KittensWithHelmets This is one in a long series about the crime of the murder of JonBenet Ramsey, in case you missed something.
@@zamyrabyrd what did Patsy think John and his friends were getting away with? I’ve been watching the videos. Maybe I need to rewatch 🤷🏻♀️
burke was the only one with motive, he was angry jealous of his sister, he hit her too hard on the head with that big flashlight, and when she collapsed, he either dragged her himself into the basement, or ran to tell his parents, who then placed her in the basement, knowing she could not b revived, then they stayed up all night, planning how to cover it up, put burke back to bed. then in the morning they called all their friends, who tromped everywhere, contaminating the crime scene like they planned it.
Of course they knew. Alex Hunter got paid off! That or he's a complete moron.
Thank you

I believe they covered up for Burke! His jealousy and anger got triggered by her taking some of his food! That's my opinion from everything I've seen. Money talks as far as the investigation.
