Hello my friend i have done everything in the video so i can start adding my own trailers to the game. in the mods folder in game it shows the mods there and available to use but in game i cannot find the trailer... not even in the trailer directory.
hey i have a problem with "pack mod" it says this "Error: Can't run conversion tools or there were errors by converting!", what should i do? Thank you very much

Watching over the previous 3 tutorials I thought this one would be about importing a tuning part/upgrade (sunshield, stoneguard, sideskirt, whatever) do some modification like make it paintable - as you mentioned - and exporting back as a new part. Mango's first 3 tutorial vid about prep and import are really awesome and understandable but this one doesn't fit to them.
Hello, I did your tutorial to the letter in the end I get a zip with the 3d model but, when I put it in the folder my documents / eurotruck simulator / mod well when I open the editor it does not appears nowhere, while all the conversions on blender are ok, at worst I could send you the file to compile in zip, so that you can test it if you have an email address. THANKS otherwise I take this opportunity to ask you here who does the creation of mods for eurotruck simulator
Bonjour, j'ai bien fait votre tutoriel a la lettre au final j'obtient un zip avec le model 3d mais , quand je le met dans le dossier mes document/eurotruck simulator /mod ben quand j'ouvre l'editor il n'apparait nul part, alors que toute les conversion sur blender son ok, au pire je pourrais vous envoyer le fichier compiler en zip ,pour que vous le tester si vous avez bien sur une adresse email. Thanks for this one brother! Just a quick question. I was able to put my model to my map editor and play it ingame. However there are no texture :( only red with "no texture found" but i have the .dds on the .scs files. thanks! I posted also in your SCS thread with screenshots :) thanks!
I was able to do it right today! following again your tutorial and with the help of DigitalX! I'm trying now on how to export properly a 3d model from Sketchup. Actually I was able to export and add it to mod file and able to load it in game but the colors and texture are not save it is only color red. Looking for other tutorials on how to do it since I'm more knowledgeable in google sketchup rather than blender it is easy for me to build 3d model and texture it there.
Followed exactly, everything looks good in blender, but then when imported in to the editor, the model is PINK. No idea why, I've been over this now for 2 hours, and cant figure out why my model is PINK
Just a quick one guys I've made a model exported it to use within map editor it's showing in the content browser but no image and when I go to use it it's closing map editor just getting into blender work and it's really frustrating.
Nice tutorial, can you please do one with garage from ATS...? No matter what I try adding to the garage it doesn't work. I even try to add a flag at the gate but when I export using ur method mod loads and everything in game but no flag. Thanks for showing me how to export without errors 👍🏾😊💯

As I said in the videos, these tutorials are not strictly meant for truck modding. These are simply to teach you the basics.

Selected path is not within SCS Project Base Path,
path will be reset to SCS Project Base Path instead.
You haven't specified your project base folder in Blender.

your texture file as to be 1024x1024 any bigger game wont recognise it

Sounds like your def hasn't got the correct path to the model.

When i import somting the building is staing Black no colors what wil that by?
Are you using eevee or cycles? (Render engine)

@is it because of file size?

Im able to see the model in Content Library on map editor, But as soon as clicked, map editor closes.

sorted make sure your sii file as .pmd at the end
I got the model placed, and again this time texture is missing. Its completely pink.
