    Awesome video! I am picking up a 2017 SVL75-2. Is that a high flow you have? Wonder if you can get something like this for a regular flow.

    I just purchased a Svl97 and thinking of getting a mulcher for it. What are you using in this video? Do you have a recommended attachment for the Svl97? Thank you.
    You do nice work. I like your methods and efficiency. I'm going to subscribe.

    Hey Dylan, nice work. I am looking at a couple of different machine setups myself. Are you happy with your SVL 75-2 setup and issues with it over heating? Do you wish you went bigger? Like a SLV95? Is your machine high flow or standard. Thanks for any feedback.

      I’m thinking about the same set up. I have the 75 and I’m looking to get that mulching head. So I would like to hear some feed back on it as well. Thank you in advance on any info you can give us.

      SVL 75 High Flow unit. I’m happy with the set up for what I’m doing with it (trees less than 6”). I will say that it does overheat here in TN in 90 degree weather but during the spring fall and winter months she runs like a top. Machine is super comfortable (6’ 190lb frame) with tons of leg room. Just make sure if you go with kubota your dealer is knowledgeable. My dealers service department is sub mediocre and has given me issues since day one and I usually have to fix the small things myself due to their lack of knowledge. Best of luck to you!

    Great work. Where did you buy your mulching head at? Looking to do some work and been looking for a fairly local dealer.

      @@dylankirk7954 much appreciated. Question as I am a new owner. When you hookup attachments and grapples mowers etc as such do you find you have to top off hydraulic fluid?
      I just took delivery of a new svl 75-2 and had it brought with a skidnpro industrial grapple and I only have 5 hours on it and notice my sight glass is about 1/4 vs 1/2 full where the red line is.
      Also trying to determine how much is needed to top off what is seen in that level. Is it a quart or two a gallon...lastly what hydraulic fluid are you using and adding when needed any info is greatly appreciated.

    • @dylankirk7954
      @dylankirk7954  3 роки тому +1

      @@yellowmetaldriver1460 you don’t have to worry about that red line as much as you are. As long as you can still see it in the tube you are fine. As far as how much you have to add to get it back to that line, I do not know exactly. I just put a little in and go back and check.
      I use Kubota recommended hydraulic fluid since I am under warranty.

      @@dylankirk7954 I appreciate the info and quick response. Yeah I have been flipping thru the manual and when it stated near the red line and I saw it half way between the bottom and red inwas panicking. Truth be told I was also assuming the dealer had it dead on which may not be accurate. I was overwhelmed and battling the work phone when they delivered it so I didn't take close note till a few days later and now the dealers are on a long holiday weekend.
      One other question I see there is a steel ball bearing at the bottom does that move or supposed to float at all? Thanks again for your time

    What brand is your mulching head. I’m in SC and it overheating is a concern of mine during the summer. Is there an upgrade that is offered for cooling?

    • @anthonycash4609
      @anthonycash4609 3 роки тому +3

      You can add a external cooler for the huydrlic system . They mount it to the roof usually . I have the SVL95 and checked on one for mine ,but the cost of it changed my mine. I was quoted $6500.00 plus labor. Threw Kubota.
