- The Backrooms Level 6 is also known as Lights Out.
It has a survival difficulty rating of PENDING and SAFETY is UNDETERMINED, it is UNSECURE and PRESENCE OF ENTITIES UNDETERMINED.
Very little is known about the actual structure of Level 6, as the level is shrouded in total and complete darkness. Absolutely no light permeates the level, and light sources brought into the level have no function. Navigation of Level 6 is carried out by feeling one's way through the darkness.
In addition to being permanently dark, Level6 is also eerily silent, akin to a soundproof room. To explore Level 6 is to subject oneself to a slow journey through complete darkness, total silence, and utter isolation.

Level 6 is basically a level made to make everyone who enters the level go insane and turn into a wretch since there are no documented entities in level 6…but no one knows because it’s so dark in the level.

That "human-like" entity screaming "GET AWAY FROM ME" while attacking him strikes me as another person who lost their mind and attacked a fellow explorer, thus keeping with the "there are no entities on level 6". After enough time, the people who succumb to the fear and paranoia *are* the entities there in a sense.
Yeah, especially since he said the hands he was attacked by were human like. At first I thought it might have been a wretch but thinking about it now their hands are a lot different
I think it was him. I mean he went crazy and did that to himself. Which is not unheard of. He might have think that "someone else" did that to him, because he was going insane, but very well could be him.
Maybe they transform into entities similar to smilers but also wretches.

Tripping over a wire in Level 6 will lead you to Level 6.1, the Snackrooms, from there you can stock up on as much food as you need.
It has to be an accidental trip though
You know you can just jump through a vending machine on level 4 right also since the snackrooms has way path to level 11 you use it to move between the 3 safest levels

The Backrooms almost seem like a strange creator started coding a game, a massive game where people could log in, meet others and enjoy themselves. Yet the world was left unfinished, a project abandoned halfway through. And it is buggy as hell.
This thing can be a part of the theory: Entities are either glitches [like Mr. Glitch from There is no game: wrong dimension] or NPCs that are meant to be friendly and look friendly, but the creator was a horror artist and could not even draw a friendly-looking smile, so they made all these entities. BY ACCIDENT. and could not make the behaviour friendly, because they suck at friendly coding and make hostile coding for a living because they make ONLY HORROR GAMES. or the entities are trapped souls of hybrids or souls of the insane people who tried to beat it, like the Hounds: "Humans pretending to be dogs? how pathetic." --SCP 682 in the video "Can we contain SCP 682 in the backrooms?" from the channel SCP Explained, which is Backrooms Explained's alternate account

this level is forever the most terrifying one to me. god the simplicity of it is beyond terrifying. sure the monsters on 0-5 are scary as well…but something about the darkness of level 6? shit im not scared of the dark but just thinking about level 6 fills me with such unease

I’m excited for Level 9 and 10 cause those level’s exits are tricky. Level 10 doesn’t advance to Level 11 and the only way to get to Level 11 from Level 10 is to go BACK to Level 9 and follow a different exit.
Once they pass level 8, all hell will break loose. The exits and levels aren’t in chronological order anymore, so it’s harder to do something like this

Or level 8 that level is super dangerous because it’s a combination of entity infestation and going insane because of darkness the environment is also a pretty big threat because noises echo in the caves so that entities can tell where you are it’s also very easy to get cornered or trapped and oh yeah there’s also giant venomous spiders on this level it’s probably one of the most dangerous levels in the entire backrooms
There must be some entities in level 6. The wretch, for example, used to be human. They turned into a wretch because they went insane. Insanity is exactly what level 6 will give you.
Also the things that kills people and screamers, but the Wretches Probably teleport to another place
I like it when level 6 only psychologically takes a toll on you.

Level 6 is the most interesting part of the Backrooms.
It's one of the most dangerous level in the earlier levels. Not the most dangerous, that is Level 8.
I am excited to see what you guys do you Level 7.
i actually dont know how these guys will cover level 7, it isnt clear what this level is about, the old version is a very dark flooded house with multiple dangerous entities of just one species, but the new version is just a massive infinite ocean with only one extremely dangerous partially documented fish-like entity, i hope they tackle the old version because it seems much less boring and fun.

Alternative title to this level: Anxiety. And you don't even have to be in the Backrooms to experience it :)
I like to think this is one of the smallest levels of the Backrooms.
Like it's just the size of a big house, but yet you're lost in the darkness, and doesn't have a sense of space.
If a flashlight worked, this could be the easiest Backrooms level, because it would only take about 10 minutes, at most.

That is my worse nightmare right there. I am terrified of the dark… well the lack of knowing what is there, the loss of senses, and possibly not being alone. I also have thalassophobia and probably some other phobia I am not aware of yet because of my fears of the dark, unknown. I probably would have froze and cried like a bitch on level 6

Level 6 is my worst nightmare. I have a fear of the dark, suffer from paranoia and I've had episodes of psychosis in the past. Level 6 sounds like my own personal hell.

Good video but i recomend that the backpack comes back because things like "the weight of all the almond water and food you have makes you slower" could interfere in the history
I love this series, I always watch during breakfast on Fridays, Saturday if I didn't get the chance beforehand, hunter's voice makes it even better
On the bright side this channel will never run out of content with over 9 quintillion levels

Fun fact : a person used a ritual to get out of the level. It is to call Entity 51 and surviving the encounter. In fact, the ritual seems to be a way to go out if you're stuck on a level though not always and it risk your life greatly

@@macerthang3365 You must survive the encounter with Entity 51 though, which when you get caught equals certain death. And it's not 100% way out of the level, sometimes it teleports you sometimes it does not. If I recall correctly the explorer used this method to map out level 6.

Level 6 is an expansive complex of indeterminate size, made up of metallic walls, brick floors, and complex systems of pipes. The entirety of Level 6 is shrouded in complete darkness; thus far, no light sources have successfully created any light in the level. Due to the level's darkness, it is not possible to take sufficient photographs of it.
Auditory hallucinations are frequently experienced in Level 6, ranging from rushing water to indecipherable voices ringing throughout the piping. It is believed Level 6 may be able to influence one's perception of reality, resulting in symptoms of paranoia and derealization. Despite possessing no known tangible threats, Level 6 is regarded as being one of the most dangerous levels in the Backrooms because of its sheer darkness. A significant portion of the Wanderers that enter this level permanently lose their sanity or go missing.

In levels like this the best option is to hug the left wall you’re eventually find your way outjust keep moving forward and just feel the wall it’s basically a maze that’s in complete darkness the only thing you can rely on is the sense of touch

Level 6 - for a blind person it will be just a simple walk as it is just what they have every day anyway. They will probably not even notice they exit level 5.

But nothing happens.
