It has a survival difficulty rating of CLASS PARADISE 5. It is BEAUTIFUL , SERENE and PERFECT
Level 14 is an oasis. The forest from your dreams shimmering in the night. Close your eyes for a moment. You can see it, right? The crashing waterfalls. The crimson grass, wet with dew. The eternally starlit sky. Even the branches on the trees on Level14 reach up as if trying to touch it. You can hear the forest whispering to you. You’ll be happy here, you’re sure of it. After all, everyone else is. And why should you feel down when others are so content?

Also there’s a weird Mandela effect within this level as some say they visited a different kind of level 14, a military hospital that’s actually a removed level.

This is one of my personal favorite levels in the Backrooms! The fact that the level is deceiving and wants to trick you into staying is really cool and horrifying to me! Even tho it's pure propaganda and the level truly is Paradise.

14 Tricks You Into A Paradise
The amount of effort they put into these is insane. Level 14 does not have a defining description, so you don't know what's really there except for cool trees!1!11!!!1!!! So you put your own twist into it, you made your own description, your own version of the level.
Ngl this version is the best i've seen.

@@KeeperProtector No! That's not a thing. It just looks like everything is good here, while it is an illusion and everything is terrible, you can feel good about eating some cool food, while in reality you are eating some garbage and getting sick. However the illusion is the same for all people.
I love how this level is based off a myth from greek mythology about a place where people are sedated by flowers and believe the are living in paradise despite living in terrible conditions

This is the same as an old Norwegian folklore to keep the kids from going into the woods. The people would present as beautiful young women with a cow tail. They would offer you an apple from time to time to keep the illusion up and feed you the food. Then they would eat you. It’s nice to see this tale be retold in a more modern way!

I didn’t think these videos would be as good past the first 6 levels tbh but they all maintain their quality.
I like that he is doing them in sequence, but I wouldn't mind him doing one out of sequence so he could visit level 321, as that is the level where Wanderers can make there own "created ones" (as in the residents of New Sodsbarry on level 10) who view them as parents. Then the main character could get a sidekick.
I have also been doing a bunch of reading on the wiki and I now second (or third, or whatever we are up to) the motion to have Trish as a side character do the sub-levels and esoteric levels. (Accept maybe The Shad3y gray and the Void. As The Shad3y Gray appears to be the backrooms version of "Hell", and the Vode appears to be the backrooms version of the home of a lovecraftian "primordial God")

I agree, he fought the eye balls in level 9, which showed he was the strong explorer, if he got a sidekick, maybe the sidekick would be the brains of the two while out beloved explorer would be the fighter,
@@CameraManBanan The explorer is already kinda both.The explorer is mostly balanced with them. They are slightly stronger than smarter because of the fact they prepared before going in, likely meaning they tried to work out as much as they can.

@@ThefifthBishopofGord I would be fine if the sidekick happened later so there is more emotional growth. I agree that he is both but I believe he has an internal arc to work on too. However, I don't think it should be as far off as the level actually is in the sequence. Considering how many blank levels are around it, it's actually near the end (lower case, not the level).
Even when you were back at Levels 6 and 7, I was already thinking of, "How are they gonna deal with Level 14?" There is very little about this level which is trustworthy information, which is what makes this level so haunting and ominous, but also one of my favorites. I'm very happy with what you did with this!

Not only is this level calming, but also his voice
Honestly the level im most looking forward to is level 22 as itself has 29 floors a whole civilization spanning all of them and a big mystery regarding said civilization, keep up the good work

But didn't he receive a pocket dimension device several levels ago (on lvl 8, I believe)? I thought he was keeping his backpack in this device, to travel easier and to preserve more food and water?
Might be a side effect of the level fucking with his mind.

Probably because after the first few levels they dont go in order and it gets really complicated
in 13 he did, i havent finished this ine yet though

Loving this series! Can't wait until he gets to level "!", one of my favorites. A level where you're doing nothing but running for six miles from a large horde of powerful, hostile entities.
Best part is, if you complete it, it brings you to a random level and you never have to do level "!" ever again.

God, I remember when there was no secret about this level and the "illusion" side of it is all there was. This new version of Level 14 is honestly spookier. Especially knowing any explorer coming here would be so exhausted, they'd give into the lie.
