The reason all the level editors use chunks is because that’s how Sonic levels are made, if you look at maps of levels you can see repeating geometry in many places.
Very nice video but I lost all respect for you when you said Sonic Fan Games are shit. Some of that was regained when you mentioned LittleBigPlanet but still. There are some shitty ones out there, obviously, but most of them nowadays are actually really good.

The intro was an instant turn-off. Sonic fangames can provide great experiences. Your tangent on reluctantly giving them the due credit that they deserve and undermining their achievments is such a terrible attitude. This is particularly egregious considering you're riding on the coattails of their talents for your video. You need to grow up.
