My experience was good but Bro u cannot judge whole airline, just on the basis of one aircraft. It takes time to replace , it’s not soap bar , go to Grocery and replace it instantly. But review was good 👍
I have flown Air India too. Its dirty, shabby, seats in tatters and IFE had broken down. It was from London to Mumbai. Absolutely disgusting plane and service. Never again!

Basic cleaniness is not rocket science or needs any kind of special efforts, If you are not equiped enough then start flying once you are fully functional in everyway, or charge very less tellling the people since we are able to provide you with basic amenities we give 4 tks for the price of one, and that would definitely attract more of the altu phaltu Indians who will fall for such gimmicks and you can continue to remain more filthy than ever till one day air india becomes a kuchda dabba. Shame on the airlines, and shame on people who travel in this airline , in a way encouraging this airline never to ever improve.

Few days back I travelled by Indigo airlines really strange Iwas taken a back they have replaced jet planes by propeller air craft also they come with refreshments nothin is good only a glass water given ,,rest they u should book it before boarding funny the small plane could not sustain the air pressure unfortunately we experienced turbulence this flight was at 2:30 to a hour long we were starving the airport canteen is Us dollars standards masala dosa ₹ 380 / coffe 150 ,luckly we had eaten there or else we have starved in B'lore for to reach we need 1½ hrs .

These Aircrafts are ANTIQUATED. Traveled on AI308/AI309 on BC/ Economy. Terrible amenities. The Seats & entertainment systems were not functional. Staff were very good but they have no control over the upkeep of craft, where AI is fleecing passengers
Basic cleaniness is also always missing in Air India flights, as if they cannot even clean the plane before boarding, the batrooms are especially very important, so unclean and with no amenities, no toilet paper, itis worse than the worst airlines. This is not the first time, all their flights are miserable, with no entertainment system working, seats broken,seats torn and tables with previous stains , how can people even think of travelling especially long journeys in such conditions. If this the condtion of the interiors just imagine what would be the maintainance of the engines and other very important things which can put the passengers in tremdous danger. For the price they charge it ishigh time theygave people what they really desreve, and that too taken over by the Tatas, it is a shame on them claiming to run and airplane for india. What is wrong in getting things done quickly, that is why many people don't like traveling in Air India although everybody knows that their food iis quite good. Even that they can improve w ith more portions and better plating, than the usual airlines bunching up everything together in a small box. All airlines are really useless as far as food is concerned. ALso if there i s no cleaniness anywhere around us how can we think of eating food in a filthy surrounding especially in an airline like Air India? What is the organisation doing, aren't they reading the comments , seeing the videos posted by many becharey passengers? Plus we have heard news of passengers peeing on others, drunk passengers, why should any hard drinks given at all, can't people live a few hours without hard drinks, instead of providing hard drinks they should concentrateon giving good cleaniness and safe travel to all the people who spend their hard earned to this worthless airline.
Yes true...I flew to Dullas from New Delhi by AI 103 and back to Delhi by AI 104....had an horrible experience...food was bad, entertainment systems not woking, charging points not working, toilets were bad... 15 hrs journey and our pleasure trip turned out to be a pressure trip.....very sad to say that I cannot forget my journey for all the above reasons
