In May my son and I travelled business class from Delhi to London Heathrow, the plane was not 350, it was old Boing. The cabin crews attitude was uncaring, unprofessional And disappointing.

Thanks for the nice review. If I ‘m right this is only the second review of the A350 on this route. Can’t wait to try this product with my family on our return leg DEL-JFK November 3rd. Hope the soft product gets better. Good to see Air India using the new bedding and cutlery. Hope they introduce any time dining too, especially on their late night ultra long haul flights.

Why no other visitors??

I'm taking a two-week trip to Delhi next month, flying on Air India non-stop out of SFO to Delhi, a flight that lasts 15.45 hours. I'm looking forward to my vacation but not my flight. I've never flown Air India, not sure what to expect, but thanks to your video, I have some idea.

Well...most indians are just too money conscious which is fine but one shud look at their comfort. Whenever I book my air tickets, i block my seats. Yes I pay extra but I block it. even when i fly with family, I do the same. But many indians don't do this because they feell, why pay extra and then when seats are not available, they start requesting people to change.
