500 g / 1 lb 1½ oz of Minced pork or chicken
80 g / 2¾ oz of White bread or rolls
Milk or Water
1 tsp of Salt
0.5 tsp of Ground black pepper
Two pinches of chopped dill
Cream sauce:
250 ml / 9 fl oz of Cooking cream
250 ml / 9 fl oz of Water or broth
2 tbsp Wheat flour (20 grams)
A bunch of Dill
1 tsp Provencal herbs
1 clove of garlic
