Cake ingredients

Maida - 1 cup ( flour)
baking powder - 1 tspn
baking soda - 1/2 tspn
cocoa powder - 1 tspn
butter milk ( 1/2 cup milk + 1 tbspn vinegar)
Butter- 50g
powdered sugar - 1 cup
vanilla essence - 1/2 tspn
egg - 4
red colour - 2 tbspn
wiping cream

I just tried this recipe and all I can say is thank you🙏🏿🙏🏿 I've tried several and this is the best...totally foolproof. I couldn't get my egg whites to whip to stiff peak so it was still a lil runny (a yolk mistakenly got into it) but that didn't affect the cake at all. Soft and fluffy ✌🏿
