The pelvis and the cranium are intimately connected. Most medical professionals are completely unaware of this fact. Postural Restoration teaches this and I have lived it!
What this means is that pain in your lower back can be due to restriction of your jaw, or your TMJ pain might be caused by the inability of your left leg to adduct and internally rotate.
On my PRI journey, my face has become more symmetrical without ever having any manual manipulation. The primary bones of my face: the temporal bones, sphenoid, and occiput have all shifted through performing PRI techniques and restoring my ability to see clearly and feel the ground properly. How can this happen?
Because muscles are attached to those bones. PRI techniques can allow this to happen.
It has also shifted due to psychological forces. This is something talked about by Cranial Sacral therapists.

I'm a birth doula and i notice at every birth how a woman's appearance changes throughout labor- as the pelvis opens, the face also appears wider and more open (and beautiful!) . It's neat to see that explained in this video.

Have you heard of the farm, midwives. They have a book and farm where they have births. They speak of the connection of the jaw to the pelvic region, and they tell their laboring mothers to focus on relaxing their jaws to help relax their yoni. It totally works and I feel the connection, and doing kegals and hip work is very important after births. ❤

we *_ARE_* definitely "multidimensional, highly sophisticated beings" so I am going to copy and paste the same comment I left for him:
take some time to study the Bible for yourself too... you may very well be opening yourself up to spiritual forces that will provide a brief pop of relief and not abandon the claim you've handed over in your ignorance about the battlefield of the spiritual war upon which you are laying down advertising a vacant sign over your mind body and spirit. YES, demons can make you look and feel great... until they turn on you. The bottom line is this: there are ONLY 2 sides in the spiritual war happening all around us, those spirits that are obedient to God according to His Word and those spirits that are disobedient to God. Humans seem to have a pretty good hedge of protection around them in their ignorance until they start opening themselves up to the religious practices to channel or align themselves with unseen forces. Your body breaks down and ages over time and everyone dies because of SIN. Death is the consequence of sin and this body is perishing, and the ONLY solution for death is receiving God's gift of forgiveness of sin by faith in Jesus Christ...
We ONLY have 1 God on record explaining His will by speaking to mankind in the first person. God's collection of revelations are contained in the Bible.... I HIGHLY recommend you study His Word thoroughly before literally surrendering yourself to possession forces you do not understand, completely willing to host stuff you can NOT get rid of!
Very ill advised to open yourself up like.
"...no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works."

The round muscles are connected. The eyes and mouth can influence the vagina and anus. Do a Kegel with a normal face and do one with your eyes and mouth squeezed shut and feel the difference.

I recently had a combination tension headache and migraine that lasted two days. I was laying in bed, simultaneously in pain and bored, and started stretching whatever felt good to stretch. A lot of what I ended up doing was stretches that opened up the hips - and shortly after, the headache was just gone. I was able to repeat the experience again, and now, watching this, I feel like it actually makes sense. Off to learn more! Thank you!

Raising the upper dental arches of the maxilla, so that your rearest molars are highest, and descend downward towards your front teeth will elongate the cervical and entirety of the spine. This force relieves tension in the body in the same way. Also, the height of one set of maxillary molars in relation to the other side, ie left, right, will produce symmetry in jaws and eyes, shoulders, hips, knees, feet etc... good work

My rear teeth are higher than the ones in front. They gradually descend downward.. guess that's a good thing? My teeth amazed me because my whole life I barely brushed my teeth. Like once a week, once every couple.. I never had a cavity till my late 20's. I believe due to drug use I then started getting lots of of them. But I wonder about that. I also ate tons of candy most of my life too. I still have all my teeth but lots of fillings. And I had my wisdom teeth out because the lower ones didn't have room and were growing into my jaw and I kept getting infections. Had some of the worst pain I ever experienced from that. The dentist wouldn't remove just the bottom wisdom teeth. The top ones had lots of room and were fine. But they forced me to let them take them out too.. really made me mad. Also made me mad that they wouldn't even let me look at my own teeth when they pulled them out.. told me I wasn't allowed... Hahaha man people in this world drive me completely nuts.

@@ron1836 ya I can relate. I work with people in pain and I see so many people with a collapsed spin because of tooth extraction. The cervical spine becomes compressed and the shoulders broaden and the upper spine begins to curve. This affects the way the feet touch the ground, flat arches, the trunk sinks into the hips and causes immobility, pain. Neck and shoulder tension, headaches....
I'm like you in the way of dental hygiene...not a regular brushing schedule and ate whatever, no problems until I started smoking lots of weed in my teens. The dentist went crazy with fillings. Dentists wanted to extract wisdom teeth, it's a right of passage apparently. I'm fortunate I opted not too. I've never had any problems...

My work involves, among other things, cranial decompression and pelvic stabilization. If I have difficulty getting the pelvic bones to move, I'll do cranial work, and vice versa. The innominate bones mirror the temporal bones, etc. One moves the other, one adjusts as the other adjusts.

I’m so happy I found this video. Your story is so akin to mine. My skull is shifting which is allowing the pain and tension I’ve had in my lower back, hips and knees for over 20 years to unfold in layers. My bunions are gone. My scalp opened up at the midline and all this hair that was trapped in between tight folds of my scalp just uncoiled from my head in a spiral. My face is so much prettier now- even my lips and eyebrows are fuller. Any and all mental health and pain issues I have had are gone. During one of those cranial shifts I felt a heavy pain in my left upper molar- when the connective tissue unwrapped from where it was adhered to my jaw my tooth just popped out into my mouth. It didn’t hurt. It’s what was causing the energy block. I’m so thankful- I put a call out to the universe for healing a little over a year ago and my days have been so good since.

Until in the end my left leg benefited more than the arm she’d been treating - at least it felt that wonderful. From there I began comprehending how the one leg actually drives the opposite side of the skull. We can follow the helplessness of extremely intelligent quacks, or follow our OWN desires. All knowledge is from the (no longer existent) PAST. Desire CREATES the future, in our present.
I’ve allowed my body to stiffen and weaken for more than a decade, but now, I’m consciously reversing the whole thing. I’m not rushing it - but it’s working. Falling down the stairs was a BIG help. It has made me stand straight again…

However I recently had a similar flashback about my neck and head position during lifting a few years ago, and trauma to my right incisor when I was 11 years old; and in the following few days there seems to be a huge release - my mom also noticed my face and jaw to be more symmetrical! I went to Pt, they told me it's from my pelvic floor, and now it all makes sense!! i stretched my lower back and hips and it really felt like they haven't been moved in ages!! it's the root cause! the symptoms were just the neck spasms because i was having muscle imbalance from using too much phone and laptop ufff. lesson learned!

This whole channel is like a therapeutic expirience for me. Its confirming little things ive been noticing since i was a kid. For example ive always noticed the right side of my body, specifically my trunk, has better muscular development than the left side. My right row of abs are 3 decently well defined, while the left side you can only see the two top ones, and they are less defined, yes i have a 5 pack lol, then my chest, lats and shoulders are also more developed on the right.
To add to that after doing some of these PRI exercises and having short moments were i feel comfortable i somehow notice that BOOM i have 6 pack abs, instead of 5, the ''missing ab'' becomes very slightly defined when my body is relaxed and comfortable and i flex my abs, but when i stop training the techniques it goes back to being atrophied and outside my control. This is so trippy, im only 20 and i already regret not finding this earlier, but im gratefull to have found it at the start of adulthood.

Hi Neal, this is so interesting, thanks for sharing! A few things I know from the teachings of Yoga which I was reminded of when listening to your opening remarks, which totally support what you were saying...
--The spiral around the spine is spoken about as "nadis" (energy channels, meridians), the two opposing and complimentary ones being "ida nadi" and "pingala nadi," being feminine/lunar/cooling and the masculine/solar/warming, respectively. They spiral and criss-cross around the central channel, called the "shushumna." And it is said that "kundalini" lies coiled up at the base of the spine (coccyx) and travels up when we have an awakening of the primordial energy.
--With regards to the parallel between the cranium and the pelvis and how they both "open space" and "close space," the yogis speak of opening and closing that space, containing and controlling the energy that flows through, with the use of "bandhas." Mula bandha is the "root lock," or an engagement of the pelvis floor (base of the pelvis) and "jalandhara bandha" is the "throat lock," or an engagement at the glottis (throat being at the base of the cranium). There is one in the center, too, "uddiyana bandha" is the engagement at the abdomen, drawing the navel in.
--Yes, the first chakra is at the coccyx. 2nd at the sacrum. 3rd at the solar plexus. 4th at the heart/sternum. 5th at the throat. 6th at the space between brows ("third eye"). 7th at the crown of the head.
--You said Da Vinci, Kornfield, and Myers knew PRI without knowing PRI. I think you know Yoga but didn't know you're talking about Yoga!
    FASCINATING!! I LOVE IT!

I do not even know how your videos come up on my UA-cam… BUT!! I was very in tune with I guess energy etc, and last year it was really disrupted. I have become aware it’s got something to do with my pelvis (it completely jarred up very quickly) my neck is constantly tight, it’s like I have gone back into a fear state in the body and mind.
My vision, my teeth and my face completely changed very quickly… just recently in that state just waking up I keep feeling and seeing this spiral from my pelvis to my head and I am almost awake and it’s like I keep almost being able to release the muscles and then I wake up and it’s tight again 😳
But it’s almost like it’s showing me , but in my conscious state it takes so much focus just to slightly relax (which is hard from previously having so much control and movement).

As a Massage Therapist, I often describe it as being akin to a string. When you apply pressure to one side, it naturally affects the other side as well. While there's room to maneuver left and right, the goal is to keep everything centered and balanced between the two sides. Same thing goes for stretching and moving in your day to day lives.
Think of our energy levels like a bar that we fill up each morning after waking up. This bar can't be replenished until we sleep again. However, if we don't get the right kind of sleep, our energy bar will be affected. To improve and maintain our energy levels, it's essential to focus on factors such as diet, exercise, and mental well-being.
It’s amazing how emotional things can build up in the body, clients can cry after a release, or feel pressure.

Also had intense chronic migraines until my mid 30's. Then when i started working hard physical labor jobs i stopped getting them.. oh yeah i also have a deviated septum....

Not really because I have explored enough information to sink a battleship, I'm at wits end, I'm so tired, so done of having a bit of hope then to live in hell, back and forth like a yo yo .I don't want to die, but I do want to end this suffering I'm staring at that abyss like it is my best friend.

I always knew this. After I pulled out my exceptionally big wisdom teeth a lot of crzay disability/malfunctioning have happened. my way of walking, drinking chewing seeing everything. my smile is not like before and I feel this discomfort around my pelvis since then. I just feel it in my body that your jaws and pelvis are connected. You instantly know it when the balance that had been maintained for all your life is suddenly broken. It's miserably real.

The positive effects you had after allowing the dentist memory to come back and be relived, reminds me a little of the Mace Energy method.
Mr. Mace was a merchant sea captain, and so on the sea, he lived by the principles that you can't get anywhere without knowing your position (by reading the stars in the sky over the seas), and how much time had passed. Because, if you're heading NNW, according to the position of the stars in the sky, you will be in a completely different place between one day of the journey and 100 days of the journey. Yet the stars will look pretty much the same.
This was ingrained in him and part of his subconscious psyche. And, I'm sorry to say, but I know this led him to his Mace Energy method, and I don't know how it got him there. I am just talking about it because it is a key to how he figured out the Mace Energy method, and so it shouldn't be disregarded. Also, I hope someone else besides me can see what part it had to leading him to the Mace Energy method.
Anyway, at one point in his life, he got a feeling about something out of the blue. It was as if he was going along his merry way, and he realized he was also feeling nostalgic as he paid his bills at the grocery store or whatever. Later, he and a buddy were in a conversation about something (I forget what it was), and that nostalgic (or whatever) feeling he had persisted, and he began to focus on the feeling, despite being in the conversation with his buddy. Then, after focusing on the feeling, an image appeared in his mind, and he allowed himself to fully see the image and perceive it ...... and then the weird, out of the blue feeling disappeared.
I would guess that the out of the blue feeling was a negative one, though, because the Mace method is used to treat trauma. The way it works, is that the person is just supposed to focus on the feeling until an image pops into their heads, and this only takes a few minutes, supposedly. But it's supposed to be a 100% cure for addictions and schizophrenia, etc. The people will still have the traumatic memory(ies), but the memories are inert and no longer induce negative reactions in the person.
Maybe the seagoing orientation background taught Mr. Mace that you cannot get anywhere unless you can see where you're going? As in the victim of the trauma cannot go forward with healing unless they can see the image which relates to the trauma (as you saw the image of the dentist)??? Maybe the time which Dr. Mace mentioned refers to the time spent focusing on/listening to the feeling, until the image pops up? Anyway, your meditation experience with the image of the dentist reminded me of Mr. Mace's method.

I'm a 53 yr old man who was born with a compound curvature of the spine. By the age of six the bone graft fusions in my lower lumbar began; by the time I was sixteen I had screws wires harrington rods. To say my life has been a struggle to keep up would be an understatement; it has taken me fifty years of daily stretching and constant realigning of my body in order to avoid crippling up and the wheelchair. Numbness, constant pain, migraines - and so much more - I had to learn that my body was a series of spiralling muscles wrapped around bone - when I heard you say that at around the 4 minute mark I had to stop the video and type this. It took me a lifetime - if someone had informed me early in life I think I might've done soooooooooo much better. Thank you for proving me sane. Thank you. edit - I had to figure out the huge forcep protrusions on my skull too!! All of this - it's all true!! everything is one - it's a system - a system of spirals (I can't believe you're saying all of this) right foot/left rear of neck - all opposing force systems - one side always seem to work the other side

I do meditation and I can read my body. I have been working on shifting to midline through guided meditation. It is doable and I have made some amazing progress.
Its been three years, and very recently, I have sensed a spiral movement upwards. I can describe it as a spiral movement from a pole as I could look downwards intuitively/inwards (hard ro explain but its like reading moris code)
I would also like to add here that the body is very up to date with our external reality. It shows us our progress through the physical manifestation. If one is aware and attentive, its easier to notice. I have been finding this phenomenon remarkable.
Thankyou for making this video. My vibration has matched enough to bring this to my awareness today.

I wish all doctor's and Osteopaths knew this info, fortunately they don't and so many suffer because they fail to learn this info. Thank you for this video. I saw an Osteopath only one time and she shifted a cranial bone that's hitting a nerve, because of her twisting a leg in the opposite direction, then when I got mad at her she refused to talk to me, wouldn't explain anything and 5 years later not only have I fallen badly 3 times but recently had to relearn how to walk and that Osteopath dislocated my jaw too. Nobody can figure it out. Aztecs 20,000 years ago knew that the Hip bones are the same as the jaw bones inverted, medicine today knows shit about that. Having quantum biofeedbank now but a Chiro I went to I was related to didn't know anything. One visit with an Osteopath who injured me so bad took 30 years off my life and my face is different, my brain is different and all these scholars know shit. Osteopaths send many people into the medical system as guinea pigs and injure so many people, that they can't fix after. And you are explaining stuff all these people who don't know anything should know. I walked fine before seeing that Osteo fake person really do believe many are killing people early, but they are protected by large lobbyist groups and never explain anything to you, even professors won't either. Just saw her for TMJ yet after that one treatment she dislocated my jaw because of what she did to my leg and hip nobody knows this, they can't figure this out. Never see Ursula Buck in Toronto, EVER. Seen Cranial Sacral people, they can't fix it, because my leg was twisted.....it's connected, they have no clue., they can look at my face and my story and figure it out, but no.!! You and Dr. Joe Dispenze give me hope. I do believe the TMJ was from Dental work, was a cavity my dentist didn't want to work on, till someone new worked there who I saw years later., but it was to late, already saw the Osteopath.

This is the second video of yours that I have looked at, and I find it very fascinating, I don´t think I will be able at this moment to express everything that resonated with me, I think I must think about this stuff and have a plan to get it solved... I´m 37 years old. I had a bicycle accident when I was 8 years old so I got a concussion, I got fractures in my jaw when I was 18 years while having my lower front teeth kicked in, and I got a broken left rib when I was 20, and I got a broken nose when I was 26 years. I have had vertigo since the beginning of 2022 until now, in the past I have had a neck problem that has incrementally gotten better through the years. but not anymore, I do have pressure in my head, and generally hard to breathe from two nostrils at the same time. I have pain in my pelvis from time to time. My neck sometimes twitches when I relax like a spasmodic heavy movement... I go to the gym regularly and have done so for the last 17 years so I am in good shape but the vertigo is the hardest part. I think I might have scoliosis though, my ribcage is perturbing out a fair bit more on the left side than the right side. If I analyze it I can probably find more things. I´m a bit autistic though so detail is a matter of obsession for me. I have also been meditating for many years some periods more others less.

I move my bite in the opposite direction & my head get leveled then all the symptoms start to go away the further in opposite direction I go... I use to work out & the muscle on my opposite side would not grow because MidDiscr.. until I held my bite in the opposite direction as I worked out then my muscles began to grow & all the issues knee pain ac joints started to align, acid reflux, restricted nostril airway on 1 side, bunion, the curve&bone below the inner ankle, vision changes, ear pressure changes &flare rib have started to go away as I hold my bite in that direction & now do the excercises.
