- When we think of kindness, we assume that it has to be some sort of grand act for it to make an impact. But that's not so - it’s about the size of your heart that matters.
Something as simple as a gentle word or a smile, can change someones day. Whether helping a neighbour, or giving some of what we have to those who need our help, every act of generosity counts and everyone has something to give. It is a powerful way to open the heart. It is love in its purest form, directed towards whatever mission we choose to devote our talents and energy. And it makes us greater than who we were before.
Every day, little by little, each act of kindness helps to build a more beautiful world.

My goodness... this is the most beautiful film series I have ever came across on UA-cam. I just want to keep on watching them. Truly inspiring and its content is filled with great moral values. The visuals, video transitions, camera movements, sound design, color grading and storytelling is really well executed. Keep up the great job.

This one actually made me cry. The humbleness and kindness of those people. Especially the elders giving out food to the children who possibly couldn’t afford to do it pulled at my heart. So many of us are so self centred and selfish.

I have seen an exhibit of 1000 cranes. It was beautiful. The student had made the exhibit for her Mother struggling to beat breast cancer. I will never forget it.

Oh what a gem of a film, one of my favourites so far. The lady who knits the jerseys and gives them away made me burst into tears! You can never give too much love, and now is the time to all open our hands and our hearts just a little bit more. Times are challenging but we can all make it a bit easier for someone else. A bit of love and hope can be the difference between life and death for someone.

I have met a lot of unhappy, pessimistic, - we’ll let’s say grumpy too - old people in my life. Very few full of life and happy. I always thought I wanted to be a happy granny for my kids and family. Thank you for providing me with more exemple of the kind of person I want to be. Their advices are true and priceless!

I always wanted to be a happy granny too. My children sadly have been consumed by greed, and the one who was involved in charity work with me died quite young. Even my mother, who is grandmother to so many, is a very miserable person. The world just seems so unbalanced.
It's very possible to be happier in life when you reach an age where you are actually more free of stress..making you unhappy..when I hit 70..I'm not afraid anymore to just be myself..laugh if I want..talk to strangers..laugh with a stranger etc..

The interesting thing is the date of this video is mid June 2020. The world was and still is, in a pandemic with lockdowns everywhere. Its wonderful to be on the receiving end of kindness. Right now, sharing soup with family and friends (winter here in the south) has been a precious act of kindness, and I find I am always at the receiving end. You can't outgive …. it always comes back twofold. This is a beautiful video, and I thank you for the opportunity to share with these amazing people.

From the "Be kind" video, they are the real rich because they are full of kindness and happiness in their heart. Giving and sharing something valuable, which you suppose if you are willing to do something kind to the people around you. Whether you only have a piece of bread, which is absolutely precious food to someone poor. We have many ways to be kind to others daily if we are like to do. Saying good words, forgiving is also a kind of kindness. Everyone is necessarily treated well from the others' kindly fairness. There are so many beautiful people in the world. Thanks for sharing those personal stories with us. The purpose of this video is to teach us how to be kind. Deeply meaning.

A really beautiful and moving story about love and kindness that this world really, really need in the midst of society that has forgotten what is important transcending the meanness that is pervading in society right now. So great to hear such a story of hope.
I watched two more videos before I went to sleep and I wrote two comments for both being sleepy and I deleted both comments when I woke up just so I can rewrite my comments being completely ME and a wake ..This video was the first I watched out of the two ..
KINDNESS - What a beautiful quality for any human being to have and express to everyone and everything around us in this beautiful planet we all were blessed with... Kindness is one very important element of love and love is worthless without it ..
I strongly believe Kindness is one of the key elements of having a peaceful soul .. Without kindness it is not possible to achieve that inner peace we all look for only some find by really taking time to understand
It is extremely important we human beings take time to really really understand each element of love and doing it the MOST beautiful way than doing it for the sake of doing it ..
Nothing we do for the sake of doing will benefit your inner peace and your soul.. In life people say I am kind and I love GOD but the actions DON'T represent what they say .. Then they complain bout why am I so unhappy when I am a person of faith living life with love for GOD and being kind ..
Kindness doesn't come with limits or condition's..Just like love and every other element of love .. The kindness they gave came with limits and condition's ..
EX - They see a homeless man ' First thought in their mind.. Why can't this man go find a job with all that time he is wasting standing there .. Second thought in their mind . No way I am going to be scammed by this looser and third thought in their mind ..I will NOT give my hard earn money to a lacy person like this..
Tell ME ' Is that love for GOD and Is that GENUINE Kindness..
When a person truly deeply wholeheartedly love GOD 'That person will NOT Judge and then condemn a homeless person.. NO MATTER WHAT ..
When a person is truly are kind ..That person won't question so much in their head .. That person will just do it ..
Human beings should first learn the truth of what is TRUE kindness is and should be first .. Then they should learn and understand about how important being kind is to a soul of a person..NO amount of money can buy you the peace for your soul .. What GENUINE kindness can give a person's soul..

Watching this video today while thinking of my senior friend confined to her retirement room
Because of the 2020 Pandemic
She is almost 90yrs, she has grown disillusioned an yesterday when I phoned her
After a minuet she asked me to please excuse her an to please hang up, 🤔
we have been friends for over 30yrs
I write her snail letters N I phone her almost every day , I try to bring her little stories
Of interest, an do understand everyone gets to have off days, when not feeling well
Yet this was different , an I am at a loss to decide to honor her wish which seems
To indicate , do not call anymore .
So today I found this lovely video an it is helping me to understand the simple little gestures
Of loving kindness , and I so appreciate the beauty of upliftment to others less fortunate.
