Why we need to wait till we get old to embrace Spirituality or Turn back to Nature or Value the people only Once they Gone or even learning to joy each second of life . Why to wait until we become OLD😌. Why to feel young when you are old so that you feel young 😌. Young the time we have can’t we become old in out thinking or to embrace spiritual path or love people who are still alive with you. No match for OLDER beautiful people Experiences indeed. The best way to start 2022.🌟Thank you, Green Renaissance, for bringing this man and his story to the world. He might be 90 years old, but the little boy inside him is still alive. His lively spirit and courage made me sit down for a moment, and I asked myself, how will I be when I'm 90 years old? 🤍Would I be grateful for who I am then? Or, will I regret having an exhausted, expectation-minded busy life? I don't want that. I would prefer to have a healthy, peaceful life with plenty of books around me in my small cottage with just one or two living souls with me to love. 📚 For me, that's life. In 2020 I unintentionally let my fear conquer me. All in my 2021, I ran here and there to find a way to take control of it. But on the very first day of 2022, this small life story of an unknown old man made me realize that the answer was not buried in autobiographies of famous people, nor hiding inside of pages but within myself.❤ All the sources gave me tips. But these words gave me the answer I was looking for. So here's a big Thank you. 🌟Happy new year to you all.

Wonderful comments too many to like them all! Just think of all the cosmic, evolutionary and personal events over billions of years that led to us as individuals having life and there is more than enough to be thankful for. Shame we only get one life but its never too late to live in the moment and appreciate all that we do have, like the delightful gentleman in this video does.
Thank you, Green Renaissance for finding these amazing people. I am really taken with Sarel. He got it right on! Happiness, joy, fun, hope and love stem from being appreciative of what we have. And, there is ALWAYS something to be grateful for: food, air to breathe, shelter, animals, nature, blue sky, being able to turn in bed, scratch oneself, walk, speak, see, hear .... and the list goes on into infinity. Being grateful and making myself be grateful, even when it felt wooden and was as hard as walking through molasses, is what got me out of depression. Instead of sinking in, deeper and deeper into the depressing, hopeless thoughts, I would sit, and FORCE myself to list things I am grateful for.... until that mood went away. And, with time, I found that I got depressed less and less, until one day, it was all gone. Listing our blessings only creates MORE blessings. This needs to be our daily mental exercise. Just like we do stretches and physical exercises, we need to do mental exercises of listing our blessings, in the morning, on our way to work, or on our walks, when standing in line, wherever and whenever. I am going to share this video, as I have been sharing Green Renaissance videos, with my mother-in-law. She is turning 92 in a couple of weeks and she can really use a huge dose of what Sarel has. I am very grateful for this channel and for featuring all of these people who find joy in the smallest of things. Thank you. Happy New Year!

The best way to start 2022.🌟Thank you, Green Renaissance, for bringing this man and his story to the world. He might be 90 years old, but the little boy inside him is still alive. His lively spirit and courage made me sit down for a moment, and I asked myself, how will I be when I'm 90 years old? 🤍Would I be grateful for who I am then? Or, will I regret having an exhausted, expectation-minded busy life? I don't want that. I would prefer to have a healthy, peaceful life with plenty of books around me in my small cottage with just one or two living souls with me to love. 📚 For me, that's life. In 2020 I unintentionally let my fear conquer me. All in my 2021, I ran here and there to find a way to take control of it. But on the very first day of 2022, this small life story of an unknown old man made me realize that the answer was not buried in autobiographies of famous people, nor hiding inside of pages but within myself.❤ All the sources gave me tips. But these words gave me the answer I was looking for. So here's a big Thank you. 🌟Happy new year to you all.

Thank you, Green Renaissance for finding these amazing people. I am really taken with Sarel. He got it right on! Happiness, joy, fun, hope and love stem from being appreciative of what we have. And, there is ALWAYS something to be grateful for: food, air to breathe, shelter, animals, nature, blue sky, being able to turn in bed, scratch oneself, walk, speak, see, hear .... and the list goes on into infinity.
Being grateful and making myself be grateful, even when it felt wooden and was as hard as walking through molasses, is what got me out of depression. Instead of sinking in, deeper and deeper into the depressing, hopeless thoughts, I would sit, and FORCE myself to list things I am grateful for.... until that mood went away. And, with time, I found that I got depressed less and less, until one day, it was all gone.
Listing our blessings only creates MORE blessings. This needs to be our daily mental exercise. Just like we do stretches and physical exercises, we need to do mental exercises of listing our blessings, in the morning, on our way to work, or on our walks, when standing in line, wherever and whenever.
I am going to share this video, as I have been sharing Green Renaissance videos, with my mother-in-law. She is turning 92 in a couple of weeks and she can really use a huge dose of what Sarel has.
I am very grateful for this channel and for featuring all of these people who find joy in the smallest of things.
