Great list dude! Definitely would have put Galaxy and SMB3 a lot higher personally. And Galaxy 2 might actually be my favourite 3D Mario ever, you should give it a try if you haven't.
Nice list! This is the kind of list you can't go wrong with no matter which titles are on it. My top 3 are Super Mario Bros. 3, Super Mario Land 2, and Super Mario Sunshine.
Awesome some job my friend! I would rank Sunshine higher for 2 reasons. 1. I'm just a fan of the game in general, I liked a lot about it. 2. I haven't played as many Mario games as you have haha. I feel like I should try Odyssey some day soonish...
If it wasnt for the other 2 nsmb games, wii and ds would be top 5 mario games Side note, i love the nes smb, but third place is exaggerating its greatness

i'd say Super Mario 64 is the best mario game and I'd also say Super Mario Bros 3 is better than Super Mario World So this is my top 3 1. SM64 2. SMB3 3. SMW
Super Marios Bros for DS was just my whole childish Rob… It may not be the best one but it was too fun playing with my family in general and fighting in the minigames. Call me biased but it’s just what I loved

Maaaybe. I don't think the later games take away from the first two necessarily, I just love the stuff I put above them more.

As a single cart...Super Mario Allstars is the greatest release personally. I've always had a soft spot for 6 golden coins too.

Fun Fact 3D Land is the only Mario game I've ever 100%'d. Loved that one.

Probably all around best level design creative usage of power ups.
