Excellent recovery on the Recycler!! Too many times I've seen old dirty fuel as the culprit. Harvey is gonna need some schooling on fuel, oil and keeping things tight!!
I've had several carbs where the threads were stripped out (7mm washer bolts on bottom or the ones into the air filter backing plate). I just used spare 8mm bolts to "make their own threads" and they worked fine. I know, cheap ass. ha ha ha Hey, beats a new carb for 10 bucks.
80% of the mowers I get in are WAY overfilled and the fuel has tons of debris in it. I don't understand it really, I just tell them the right way and go on. (shrug) Glad to hear you are relaxing in the early part of your retirement.
I have had that happen a time or two. Those plastic carburetors look perfect, no problems, blow them out, fresh gas and away they go. Easy fix, can't complain much.
interesting, all we ask of Harvey and Hellen is properly maintain oil levels, air filter, clean fuel and use a chainsaw to cut trees not mowers, but do they listen...Nooooo
That one came around nicely🤙
G day Tommy Boy those plastic carbs r fairly easy too take apart Ths
Good video Tommy and thanks. I've worked and I've been retired. Retired is better!! Enjoy a long and healthy retirement!

It’s the easiest money in my shop 😮besides blade sharpening
These plastic carbs just stop up easy 😢😢😢
The turkey baster you sent me did the same thing.😂👍
Ed, I think you can get 25 uses and then it craps out.
It’s strange to me how they can get so much junk and trash in the fuel tanks plus water 😢😢😢
Dirty containers or grass covered fuel cap ??? Both ???😮
I hope you dont give warranty AS IS.
