will you do another lesson on the other cases for этот and тот? thanks
+Leo B what exactly do you mean by 'other cases'?
+Antonia Romaker - English and Russian online It seems this one was mostly nominative case, I meant if you would go more into detail when to use the other cases этого, этому etc :)
+Leo B such pronouns depend on nouns, so you put them into cases, which the nouns are in. And I have classes devoted to noun cases
+Antonia Romaker - English and Russian online спасибо!
Hey there! I had found your channel few days ago and I'm really enjoying your lessons. I used to live in Ukraine when I was a little boy and I've kinda forgotten the Russian so my question is - do passive sentence exist in russian for example - in English we say - It has been made by me , I was being cheated by kids etc. Your answer is greatly appreciated ty :)
+Lhawga Hi! Passive sentences exist in Russian too, you can say:
Это было сделано мной. Я был обманут ими. etc.
I will make a video about it too ;)
Получилось, что волосы у нас ЭТИ (мн.ч.), а по-английски ЭТОТ. Всё-таки сколько нюансов. Начнешь все перечислять и времени не хватит, и голова лопнет.
Сергей Храмцов это точно :) но я уже не стала вдаваться в такие подробности, это отдельная тема ;)
I'm a little confused. Can you help me?. In the example: THIS PERSON LIKES GREEN TEA, Why, when she ask you (this person likes green tea) She says: Этот, this is MASCULINE, and you are femenine, this should be: ЭТА (femenine noun) человек любит зелёный чай. Thanks in advance for your answer
Can you quote the whole example, please or give me the time code? I am very short of time, can't find it myself.
this because 'человек' is a masculine noun
Love your Russian instruction videos, the only suggestion I have is that you should get a better intro. Keep the balalaikas but have some kind of still shot of yourself, the current motion one is too much of a caricature.
Mitchel Mills Yeah, I wanna do that, but have absolutely no time to make one.... :(
Un-Huh and Okey Dokey are Russian?
Uh-huh is used a lot in Russia, as for Okey Dokey, it's not...
здраствуйте!!прежде всего спасибо за труд) однако внимателный переводите не которые предложение чтобы мы понили %100 правильно !!например.. вы мне дали не тот размер означается на анг.языке что U gave me not that size..надеюсь вы мне поняли )
+Mkemal doğan Hi, thanks for watching and the message!
p.s. I can't translate word for word ;) some things are formulated differently in English and in Russian.
ofcourse U cant translate word by word .. also thats the fatal mistake for translate..I m trying understand true about russian grammer thats why these things are important to understand ..its gonna be hard to understand if translate is negative forms while sentence is positive forms ... im watching your videos and they help me for better russian))U all are very wonderfull thanks again all your works)))
+Mkemal doğan thank you! But I can't do it, I translate it the way it should be formulated in English ;)
)) ok i got it what u mean)) have a nice day)
Mkemal doğan I am glad :) thank you! You yoo ;)
Muito muito legal e bem alegre. Obrigado
