be sure to check out his awesome designs.

WW1 was the first major conflict in which planes played a significant
role. At the beginning of the war, planes were used primarily for
reconnaissance, however, as the ww1 progressed and as technology
advanced, planes were being used for bombing as well as aerial
combat.
Dogfights, close combat between enemy planes, became common as
having control of the sky became important to winning battles on the
ground. the planes were constructed with wood and canvas which
bullets tore through with ease, this along with the lack of safety devices
such as parachutes, lead to ww1 pilots having a life expectancy of only
a few weeks. Regardless, by the end of the war, the airmen had
developed numerous ways to outsmart and outmaneuver the enemy,
many of which are still used to this day. - Розваги
This is just great. Love how he doesn't explode, but the material loses it's strength and breaks off.
Very realistic
What do you all think of the 'old-timey' film effects
Great!
There great
Great
They are super cool
Cool
Wow. Just wow. I’m only ten seconds in and I can tell the effort and the skill required to make such a glorious brick film.
I cant believe you have the patience to make this animation i know that this used alot of masking so good job to you. :)
No I think it was green screen but I agree
@@RapidActionAnimations No it was both masking and green screen
Pug Stop-motions I don’t know if it was masking you’d have to actually do a physical animation but here he could have blocked out the supports for the green screen work
Yeah
Hello rapid
I thought I could make everything in war lego films... I was wrong... I can't do this one... Amazing job. Have much doubts that anyone can make smth like this one!
@Galaxy Gaming Hi :)
Hello
@@Infantryprod Hi :)
LCM if Jd makes that amazing video I know you can too
@@kon5264 No... airplanes are not for me... I do with tanks and infantry
This is freaking awesome, I'm inspired. I was working on something similar but haven't finished it yet.
thanks bro!
Hope it comes out well!
Dang this was pretty impressive, most impressive indeed. Well done and keep up the good work!
I watched ur zombie outbreak when i was 7 or 6
Iam now 12
Aye! Keep up the good work mate
why hello there starwarsstudio100, remember me from one of your vids?
Keep up the good work sport😁👍👍
Teacher: okay class, today we will be learning how to fly a plane
Girls: yes! I can finally become pilot!!
Boys:
who will do a pilot class???
Duz
Well done. I know how hard it is to make good aerial stop motion films.
"Lost control"
"Pilot knocked out"
"Tail Ripped loose"
Whole video in a comment lol
Russian bias
This was really nice you don’t see many plane battles in LEGO
Maybe next time you could do a zeppelin attack.
Its hard because the zeppelins balloon needs many legos
I’m gonna try to design a Lego Zeppelin sometime.
Here's a comment for the algorithm!
thank you my good man. Elijah?
@@JDBrickProductions That'd be me!
I appreciate your history lessons, honoring veterans, and your excellent creative work. Keep it up, friend.
I love the gunfire animations and the clouds and other sound effects make this a lego version of an actual war.
I love the 1st person view. All of the camera angles are great. The cgi is pretty good too
Dang. First Lego dogfight? Very nice
Behind the scenes please i would love to see how this is made!
Me2
Ye
Yeah
Well, that's a secret his secret...!
Well we might not get the boys of this video, but we monger get a bts of his next animation *Battle of Verdun* on his second channel.
Best LEGO animations ever
Man that custom built Fokker 1 looks epic it looks just like the real one!
Yeah, the Sopwith F1 Camel too. Looks epic.
Love it! do tutorial for the plane! Maybe a foker German plane!
JD I watch every single one of your videos and the fact that you had to mask out all of the stuff in the background for every frame is just amazing to me you did a great job on this love the sound effects and camera work 10/10
Sopwith Camel versus Fokker Eindecker - who will win?
I think this video has the AWESOMEST airplane-to-airplane dogfight animation of any LEGO stop motion video I've seen to date!!!
This was amazing. The Fokker actually used wing warping to turn, like the original Wright flyer. This meant that it actually turned extremely slow, however it could pitch up and loop quite fast compared to the heavy biplanes the allies were using. So you would likely not see it attempting to evade an enemy by rolling. Regardless what you do with Lego is incredible, not a knock on this at all
Please make a GIANT charge across no mans land! (British vs Germans)
Why the brits?
@@raseli4066 because I like the brits the best, I am british (scottish) and in my opinion they had the coolest army
@@raseli4066 because I'm british (scottish)

Ah, the Red Tails reference
ach ja, die roten schwänze referenz
THAT'S THE END OF PRETTY BOY
“The enemy you cant see is the enemy that shoots you”
Suspenseful is an understatement for this, reminds me of the 1927 film Wings
Yeah meh too
I used to play with Lego bricks a lot when I was a kid. Seeing videos like these bring me back to those days. Amazing video.
Real cool how you did the dog fight and the first person shots. I also like the no man's land ground at the end.
Wow, Yeah I can't believe it, I am waiting for it and now it's happening the Great Dogfight of ww1 of legos,,🤩🤩🤩
Realistic camera angle, air to air velocity is just like a real.
Great animation, and I love how you can see the battlefield and trenches down below
This must be a lot of work. Very epic stopmotion again bro! Good work
This is amazing!
Holy hell this must’ve taken forever. Hats off to this incredible animation
I can’t stop watching this piece of art because it’s so well made
JD You Should Included The Red Baron But I'm Happy In This Lego Video Because You Have A Patience To Do This Stopmotion🙂
Well filmed keep up the good work!
This is so good
bro this is honestly fantastic, you gotta put that spitfire on your store! it looks so frickin’ good!
What if you made another dogfight animation but with the flying circus. i think that would look cool
This is so cool
You don't know for how much I've been looking for something like this
it's awesome. I love the fact that you added The Verdun battlefield down below and clouds to make it look more realistic
I don't understand why everyone films Germany as losing in air battle .... In reality manfred von reichtofen (Red baron) shot more than 80 planes
Hollywood sees Germany as the Bad guy , and the bad guy should always loose. But germany wasn't even evil , just hitler was
@@kiwi9065 true man
Kiwi Um, Hitler wasn’t in WW1, he was a soldier nothing more, you’re right tho, only, it wasn’t just Hitler. It was the entire Nazi empire. Joseph göbbels, Herman Göss and many more
@@2speechless608 oh , my bad. Only the Leaders and Whorshippers of the Nazis are evil , The soldiers and the Innocent Population are only doing their job
And me, I don't know why every aircombats scenes shows only Germany vs the UK, while the best Entente ace of WW1 was French with 75 victories + 35 non accounted for. Everyone has his problems...
I watched it in 144p. That’s more realistic.
It's smart to remember that parachutes being able to be deployed from a free fall or from a plane was developed in 1919. After World War 1.
Amazing I love these lego dogfighting stop motions
I think you should do another one of these.
HOLY CRAP THIS IS AMAZING.
Like the way you kept the LEGO like feel crash where it just broke, just like real LEGO! Well done keep up the work!!
Best greenscreen I've ever seen in a stopmotion, can't get over how much this channel impresses me
1:15
The piece of our plane could destroy the Lord's machine!
What if you subscribe to my channel
@@nevillehorseproductions4434
Then we would look like an idiot
Wow this was amazing good job man keep it up I have never seen such a good stopmotion of a plane dogfight before I'm impressed.
Your videos are wonderful, and I love the effects.
so the thing is.. eveytime a gun/machine gun is fired the camera would shake.. and that shake bring us the feeling of like the gun was pretty heavy and real
Awesome Job! Loved seeing the Eindekker model, but couldn’t figure out what the other one was supposed to be (SPAD VII or Neuport 11) but still love it.
I’ve seen the German plane before but I study ww2 and beyond so it’s not really my thing
Now this gives me an idea!
Side note: How have I not found this channel before!
You know, you just don't see dogfights in lego thay much anymore. It's pretty nice to see one again.
I remember when those rope pieces that you used for the plane aerial wires started coming out in 1997 with the pirate sets.
They simplified rigging on the pirates, but I still liked using the actual ropes, because it looked more authentic.
Higher! The king of the sky! He's flying to fast and he's flying to high! Higher an eye for an eye, the legend will never die!
SABATON;-)
this must have been one hell of a pain to animate
OF A PLAIN YOU MEAN
Ha ha
This is fantastic! Brilliant work!
Op anims and op graphics. Cam quality and effects are pretty good and the machine gun is realistic (perfect sync)
Dear JDbrickproductions maybe you could make a turtorial how to make one of those planes, greetings Fristibanaan570
This is incredible man! Once again I can see so much effort and time went into this and its brilliant how the end result looks keep it up
Thanks a ton!
Yep
Amazing effects I love how much effort you put into videos like these
Wow. This is amazing
Amazing designs! I assume you did them yourself? (Talking about the planes)
This what I saw when I threw two rocks in my hand as a kid
And your parent see:
Vvvvvvvyewwww boom! Boom! SMASH yeeeeerrrrrrroooow pow! Ping! Crash pukkkkkhhphphphphph
“Aww look our kids playing with rocks”
Studio B this is accurate
Wow. 5 seconds in to this and it's already one of my most favourite animations
Excellent work, absolutely amazing ! 👏👏👏👏
Ooooooo this is gonna be epic
Can’t wait to see a starwars stopmotion on your channel one day,
0:16 I can’t believe my eyes . They went right through each other 😂😂
The crash looked more authentic than the crashes in IL2 Sturmovik Flying Circus, LOL
Cool.
guns and hits are awesome this is great
I prefer swords also i love ur videos as well
Two masters.
I have stop motion on my channel also
you was online why didn't you
make Lego animation?
@@deadlycounter3630 bro u should understand how hard it is to make these animations at top quality it aint easy
Amazing as always
In fact this guy is the best At Editing legos ngl
I love this especially the plane crash cannot wait for the behind the scenes!
I agree with the others:
HOLY CRAP THIS IS AMAZING!!!
Ha ha true I love it
Excellent animation. One of the best lego aerial combats. Congrats.
Also I bought the American canon from WW2 in your store I like the store a lot it is very cool good job very good job
Next time Manfred von Richthofen (Der Rote Baron) he wouldn't loose ;)
To me the battles shown on your channel aren't at all what is interesting, it's how you do all the tricks in your stop motion photography that's really fantastic and amazing. I'd much rather see videos on how to do the photography than the war scenes. There are much better history sites for history lessons, but no better place for SM photography than here!
really great video. i really wanna see more of this
Absolutely speechless! It takes a lot of talent to make such brilliant LEGO stop-motions! Can't wait to see some more!👏🏽💯
Thanks!
Nice wonderful
Great vid dude keep up the great work
Great animation! love the movement
Amazing video!
Sorry but the old timey effect kind of makes it look like watching a 144p video.
A surprise to be sure but a welcome one btw this is sick!
Wow, very cool, could please you do a video on these plane designs
This is really good
Daaang...that's an insane amount of green screen and it looks fantastic man! Those POV shots were epic!
Another great film
Awesome keep up the great work
Love it. You have put lots of time and patience and it shows. Instead of showing the German plane explode you show it weakening and then fall apart. Beautiful. And the cockpit senses where it shows the pilot move the joystick AMAZING. This is so cool man.
