After weeks of bashing my head against a wall (cutting elixirs) I asked a friend of mine who has 40 set already for some help in crafting the elixirs and with his guidance and a little luck we were able to make it happen.

is Master best choice for blue GL, won't you lose stack when you take a hit ?

Yes it's the best choice, even though you lose a stack when you take a hit there is a cd timer in between when you can lose stacks so even if you're tanking a lot of attacks you should be able to steadily maintain all x5 stacks.
