Blue does more damage consistently for me. Red has a higher ceiling and does more on "good" pulls, but the bad pulls are noticeably worse than blue for me. So depends how much you want to sweat, and how much you feel like dealing with bad pattern RNG for entropy. One downside for blue is that it can't comfortably take both DUF and nella's without losing a lot of damage, whereas red can take both.
