बहोत अच्छी तरह समझाया.फायदेमंद बाते.95℅ ऐसे लोग ऐसे होते है की दिनभर काम ही काम करते है,दूसरोंके लिए समय निकालते है और अन्य कारणोंमे समय बिताते है लेकिन खुद अपने सेहदके लिए समय नही निकालते.फास्ट चलना,दौडना,योगासन,ध्यान,ब्रीदिंगके लिए समय नही रखते.तबीयत अच्छी तो सबकुछ.
