So If the Motor brushes are worn, that would prevent the wash cycle from starting? Would there be other causes, such as the control board?

Could be the control board.
It’s more common with the motor brushes are the point that fails.
The machine will try to spin the basket first step, and if the motor doesn’t work it’ll just stopped at that point.
HI THANKS FOR YOU VIDEO . IT WAS GREAT. I HAVE BOSCH AXXIS WASHER AND DRYER THE SAME ONE THAT YOU HAVE SHOWN IN YOU VIDEO. THE DRYER IS WORKING FINE. THE WASHER WAS ALSO GOOD TILL YESTERDAY. IT STOP DOING THE SPIN ON MANUAL AND AT ALL CYCLES. CAN YOU SUGGEST A LINK FROM WHERE I CAN GET A TROUBLESHOOTING MANUAL SO I CAN CHECK MORE.

Nice Video, I have this machine, my issue is that the machine fills with water, but will not advance past that point.
Do you have an idea what this might be?
Also, what is the "NTC" ?
