      I just take creatine once right like not drinking in twice because idk whether I should take it before school because I work out at 7pm and after I’m done I drink a protein shake
      So do I drink it before school or after my workout

    Don’t take it with preworkout. Caffeine is direretic and it just kinda flush’s through your system. Take it post workout with cereal or in a shake.

    I’ve been taking 5g per day every single day for the past 2 months, along with 1g of protein per pound of body weight. Muscle growth and overall feeling of being satiated/full has never been better in my life. A clean, high protein diet with creatine every day is an absolute game changer imo, I wish I would’ve started doing it years ago.

    You can actually add a scoop of it into your pre-workout right before you work out because taking it 30 minutes prior to a workout will increase your intensity

      I throw 5 - 10 grams in my mouth and swoosh it around for 2 seconds with 4 oz of water, then I swallow that by drinking 12 oz more of water and let the temperature in my stomach dissolve it.... I drink 1 gallon a day

      @@Messup7654 Some studies say there is a small benefit, but it won't really matter. I do it because it'll sometimes create a bit of stomach discomfort that I don't want to deal with during my workout.

    I’ve stopped taking it because it seemed I was losing the benefits over time. It was kinda rough getting off of it because I could tell a difference in performance.
    However I am still lifting heavier weight and I’m less bloated. I’ll try another cycle later this year

      Yo I started taking creatine and drinking 64 fl Oz of water throughout day the 7am to 5-6 pm and I got heavier on the scale 2 or 3 lbs so I know how you feel with the bloating...

    I take it every morning 8-10am and when I do my intense late/midday workout 1:00pm-6:30pm because personally my sleep is crap so the first one increases my recovery and stops me from feeling tired, second gives a slight energy boost and increased my recovery rate so even if I could move straight after the workout the next time guaranteed recovery and no soreness

    So muscle contractions help deliver the creatine to the muscle cells. Also since insulin works as a nutrient shuttle, take it with a fast acting carb. The best way to take creatine is with your pre-workout meal.

    Just take it whenever it's convenient - and you don't need to take it every day if you're unable to. Creatine takes around two weeks to leave your system after a cycle of at least 100g.
    You'll be fine. This company is just trying to sell you creatine.

    There is creatine in my pre-workout. For post I fill my shaker with milk add a scoop of creatine HCL then add my whey protein.

      Post workout is just after the workout. You can take with water after a meal or with a protein shake. Some whey protein powders have somewhere between 4-8g of carbs.

    Don’t take it with your pre-workout. I liked to take my pre workout before the gym then on my way back home from the gym I’ll take the creatine. Caffeine and creative often don’t mix well for people

    There is no best time for taking Creatine. Take it when you want to. You don’t need to follow any routine as long as you’re taking it at some point of the day.

      it pretty much doesn't matter, it's a saturation supplement like beta alanine, you take 5ish grams (more for some, less for others) a day and after about a month you reach saturation in your muscles, what the guy in the video said might be true but it's probably small potatoes when compared to the impact of taking it vs not

      If you take too much, but 3-5 grams won’t. If you do need a loading stage which is for the first time you ever take it, it’s 10 grams for a week. I notice that when I’m on it, I’m having diahrea a lot more
