Another absolutely stunning video. I am a massive fan of your work. The composition of your films, and the locations you choose are always amazing. I’m from Alberta and I love the MRL. Montana is so beautiful in the west
Been wondering about ‘Part 2’!! Thanks Aaron, if you only knew how well-worm my 7 Idea playlist is…I can recite your narratives literally, that’s how many times I’ve watched all of them! Thanks again, you are indeed the gold-standard of railroading productions!! Thanks again for what you do.
@@7ideaproductionsIndeed I am a certifiable ‘train nerd’ but I do know a bit about American history and a field affectionately known as ‘American Cultural Geography’…so your work is fascinating on many different levels. To those ends, I’m not blowing sunshine where it doesn’t belong when I opine that your videos are a exquisitely curated cornucopia of a well-traveled expertise; a knowledge base a mile deep and wide - articulated clearly and accurately. An increasingly rare example of American Exceptionalism presenting great coursework to those curious enough to passively absorb our great Republic’s exceptionalism, along with our many sins along the way. I think it would be quite something to know you in ‘real life.’ Haha, thanks again Aaron! -VMH

Hi Michael Good afternoon. I hope my comment didn't sound as a form of privacy invasion your comment tells of a wonderful woman with a beautiful heart which led me to comment I don't normally write in the comment section but I think you deserve this complement. If you don’t mind can we be friends? Thanks God bless you….🌺🌺🌺
1:37:06 Sounds like you are near a Killdeer’s nest. I almost stepped on one getting out of our company truck in Gillette. It was conveniently hidden right under the Donkey Creek station sign.
Very well done. Great narration. Thank you.
videos like this are far underrated and literally the best of UA-cam!!! thanks
Thank you!!!

I will miss the MRL. You can tell they took pride in the company’s image. Their EMD power was always so clean!
I'm going to have to watch it in pieces, but it's awesome so far. Another splendid video with so much awesome footage and gorgeous scenery.

@WillieUnvlkan-i4m Here in Germany "Michael" as a given name/first name is a male (!), not a female name.
The second part is as great as the first!
Excellent series on Montana Rail Link! Very enjoyable!!🚂🚂
Stunning Video, well shot, very informative. Pity about the annoying UA-cam ads that keep cutting off the video
Damn good catch of the H2 SD75M leading the manifest train!

The hobo shoestring was probably on those trains, his spirit is on all of them now.
28:20 I bet that Oakway leasing unit has made MANY trips over Mullan, as much as the MRL power.
Montana Rail Link+EMDs rule!!

I can hardly believe that this is filmed in the US and the cars are not covered in graffiti!
Are the other Train Mountain Movies gonna be uploaded?
I will keep that in mind. Nobody has asked for any (until now) but I definitely can upload more. I covered four Triennials in all.
Like its safe.
