I’m 20 years old and ever since high school I’ve been in and out of relationships, friends with benefits relationships and never had the chance to just be alone. I promised myself at the start of this year that I want to remain abstinence until I meet my ideal match but I didn’t stick to it. So today I’m planning to stick to it cause I know that I deserve better than what I am currently doing , even my friends tell me that I need to stop.

She's totally false about this tho. Who others feel you are is nit who you are. Everyone is looking at yiu through their OWN lense. And the very same thing you say or do can make person A feel good, and person B feel terrible. You CANNOT let yourself be defined by other people...
I have to congratulate myself because I’ve done all the steps unknowingly,
I want to change the way I am. I’m quick to get angry, my feelings are always hurt 🙄, I constantly live on the fence. This year coming, I’m changing that. Breeny has helped me realize that caring about what people think or how they view you really doesn’t freaking matter and that I should live freely instead of walking around with my head down! I have found so much comfort in focusing on myself. I need to make the time to heal and figure out what I truly want. Breeny thank you for being you and allowing God to use you!

Hiiii Breeny, I want so badly to change my current lifestyle because I know I not far from the lifestyle that I want to accomplish and watching your other videos I am definitely going to look into better help because I've been doing the outer work but it's moving turtle slow because my inner core is not together. I’m considered by medical standards obese and ten years ago when I gained all my weight I was like o that’s ok I can walk and lose weight ten years later I didn’t lose any weight and now I can’t walk that much because my feet hurt and I just recently started to embrace my weight so ya like yourself inside and out cause God made you
